The Intimacy Combo is a set of sex furniture from Sumo Intimacy. It comes with two pieces--a large ramp and a smaller ramp--which can be used either separately or together. The two pillows are intended to make possible or enhance an endless variety of sex positions. Really the only limitation is the imagination of you and your partner. These pillows can be used by any couple, whether it's a heterosexual couple, a lesbian couple, or a gay male couple, and they can be used for vaginal, anal, and oral sex positions.

Sumo Intimacy gives a few suggestions of ways that these sex pillows can be used, but these are by no means the only ways you can use them. Here are some of the ways they suggest:











Another really great use of the ramps, especially the smaller ramp, is for oral sex, placing the highest part of the ramp under the receiving partner's hips. This means less neck strain for the giving partner, not to mention a fantastic view. This also could be used for solo sessions, providing easier access to the G spot. It also can double as a comfortable foot rest and is similarly designed to many acid reflux pillows as well.

The measurements I took differ slightly from what both EdenFantasys and Sumo Intimacy's sites say. Rather than 31"x24"x9.5", the large ramp measures 33.5" long by 24" wide by 11.5" tall. The smaller ramp is 13" long by 24" wide by 6.5" tall. The smaller ramp starts at a grade of 1" off the ground to the maximum height of 6.5". The larger ramp starts at a grade of 1.5".

The 11.5" height of the large ramp means that it will not be suitable for everyone for every position. I'm 5'6" with long legs, and to use the tall ramp with my partner (with her lying on the ramp and me penetrating her with a strap on while on my knees), she had to move so that her hips were hanging off the edge of the ramp slightly. Conversely, she's 5'4" with average length legs and we could not use this in the same position with me on the ramp and her using the strap on.

The inner core is a firm but comfortable foam, which does not sink when you lie on it. These things are seriously sturdy and though the two of us are pretty light, I think that these would easily support most everyone. They are covered with plush red water resistant polyester that has an almost velvety microfiber feel. The covers zip off of the pillows and are machine washable. There was no discernible smell when I received the product, and overall the quality of the pillows seems pretty high, with nicely stitched seams and comfortable, soft material.

As far as discretion goes, these do have a tag on them that says "Sumo Intimacy". If you wanted to leave them out and pass them off as acid reflux pillows or foot rests or a lap desk for your laptop, you may want to remove those tags.

This product really helped us get creative in the bedroom, and because of the two different sizes of ramps, the possibilities are endless. There are tons of positions that can be made possible or enhanced using these pillows, and we're excited to keep discovering new ways to use them.

We thought the taller ramp was particular effective for doggy style and allowed the receiving partner to adjust the height of her hips by moving the way she was lying on the ramp. Another way we discovered that we really enjoyed using this was putting the high end of the ramp against the headboard. This provided a great angle for her to wrap her legs around my waist while holding onto the headboard.

Between uses, these can just be spot cleaned. The covers are water resistant and fluids wipe off of them easily. For more intense cleaning, the covers for both pillows zip off and are machine washable. There are no included care instructions, but I would suggest washing the covers on the gentle cycle in cold water by themselves or with other red materials. Since this is dyed a very vibrant red, it's possible that the fabric will bleed the first couple times it is washed, so it's probably better to be safe and not wash it with your white socks. Since the fabric is polyester, it's not likely to shrink in the dryer, but I would drying on low heat just in case.



Storage is a real challenge with these pillows, since they are so big. We're currently keeping ours in a spare bedroom since our 1930's house didn't come equipped with sex furniture sized closets and they don't fit under any of the beds in our house.
