This inflatable position pillow is a great product for anyone's toy collection, especially those with limited storage space or those with travel plans. The pillow inflates to the given dimensions and deflates to a small size that allows you to fold or roll it into a compact size for storage. Traveling with this would be a breeze, and no one would know that you have a position pillow inside your suitcase or carry on. This pillow is great for moving your hips and lower body up to allow for a more comfortable position and easier access for you and your partner. It can be used for anal, oral, or vaginal positioning.

The inflatable position pillow is made of easy-to-clean PVC and has the typical fuzzy coating that most would associate with inflatable beds. Don't let this concern you about the integrity of the product as my husband and I both laid on it (combined weight of over 300 lbs) and no air was lost. Since it is filled with air and is made from a pliable material, the pillow is soft and has enough give to make it easy to get comfortable on it. The fuzzy texture allows you to lay on it and not slip or slide like you would if the surface were entirely smooth. The seams and edges are also rounded, without any sharp edges that would irritate your skin. The pillow does not have a removable covering or anything for storage, but it is very easy to clean.

The performance of this pillow exceeded my expectations. I knew that it would help with positioning for some sexual positions and certain sexual acts, but I underestimated its capabilities. It is very durable, able to hold myself and my husband. This made me more comfortable in vaginal and anal positions. I received this with the intention that we would only be able to safely use this for oral so as not to degrade the integrity of it. However, to my surprise, it is better designed than imagined. All you need to do to get this ready to use is clean it, then blow it up using the valve and manually blowing air into it. There’s no trick to it.

This product was sent in the standard, Eden Fantasys' discreet shipping box. Inside there was a standard packaging material and an adhesive, re-sealable, clear bag with the pillow inside. There was no paperwork (instructions, brand ads, etc.) in the bag or box. This did not bother me because the use and assembly of the product are very self-explanatory.

Since the pillow is made of PVC, the care of this product is very simple. Just use a wet rag and wipe off before and/or after use. You can use just plain water; however, I am very picky about the cleanliness of my stuff, so I used a toy cleaner on it just to make sure it was sanitary. For storage, I just rolled it up and put it in an extra fabric bag that I had so it won’t unravel at all. This is a very low maintenance product.
