It is a pump container. I pumped some on my hand while typing this out. It stayed in place, no dripping. It feels thin, which is weird because it does not run everywhere. If feels smooth and silky. It is not greasy or sticky to the touch. It is easy to put it right where you want it. The spot on my hand is nice and smooth to the touch even.

There is no smell to this gel at all. I like that because most have a medicine smell. I find there is no taste to it as well. No after taste either. This came in a big brown discreet box with a label that said web merchant. There was a plastic seal around the top of the cap. If you were going to give this as a gift you would have to buy something to put it in. Everything is recyclable.

I tried to take pictures of this product but the bottle is white/clear. Even the writing is close to clear. Discreet and very suitable to travel, I believe you could get this on a plane too because of the 1 oz.
