If you're venturing from water to silicone lubes, this is a great introductory product. The price per ounce is acceptable, and you will love the feeling of silicone's velvety viscosity. However, if you've used silicone before, your main reaction will be ...meh...

Pros
Longer lasting than water-based lubes, good volume for the price for silicone.
Cons
You'll need to reapply to keep things slick... an annoying step not usually needed with silicone.
Titannium Lubricant is a silicone-based lubricant designed to keep things slick and slippery longer than a water-based lube. The product is made with 100% pharmaceutical grade silicone, and will keep things silky and lubricated for a long time.
However, I have used other silicone lubes in the past, and this one is nothing special. I was happy to see a good volume for the price (4oz for $16.99), but this lube proved you often get what you pay for. The product did not last as long as other silicone lubes, and you needed to use slightly more to keep things slick.
Silicone lubes are great for the shower, anal play, and all other types of foreplay/sex. Just remember not to mix it with any silicone-based toys!
Like most silicone lubricants, Titannium has a silky feel when applied. It is designed to keep you lubricated and smooth for a long time, and this product does the trick. When comparing to a water-based lube, the feeling is amazing. However, when compared to other silicone lubes, this one seems like a lower-end product.
You will need to be generous with your application, since this product tends to get 'thicker' after a few minutes. It's not like the 'tacky' feeling you get with water-based lubes, but you will want to add 1-2 more drops (or some saliva) to keep things slick.
This product is aroma free, making it perfect for people like me with sensitive noses. Being a silicone lube, I didn't want to taste the product. It is listed as 'tasteless/odorless,' and I'll take the manufacturer's word for it.
Masturbation - The product lost viscosity after about 90 seconds, and I needed to add another 1-2 drops to keep things slick. I like a little friction when I masturbate, so I need a slick lube to do it. This product needed a little extra help to keep things optimal.
Shower - The combination of water beating down on the lube kept things perfect for a long time. Since silicone lube only comes off with soap and water, it made shower-play ideal. A+ for the shower.
Anal - Again, with a little added saliva or reapplication, this is an ideal product. However, other silicone lubes don't need this extra step, so I wasn't completely impressed...
Needs to be washed off with soap and water

Follow-up commentaryI still like it4 months after original review
Still not the best silicone lube in the world, but the price vs the amount you get more than makes up for its shortcomings.
I still like it. I'd still recommend it. But would I buy it again? Not 100% sure.
