All in all this lubricant is very pleasing. I would recommend this lubricant to anyone who is searching for an anal lubricant. That being said, this is for men and women. The bottle specifically says anal. As a male, I haven't used it for vaginal use nor have I come across anyone who has, but as for anal, me and my partners I've used it with have been more than pleased with its abilities. This lubricant was my first anal lubricant and I have tried many others after it, but I always find myself reaching for this one or a similar one also by the Moist brand. Moist makes reliable, safe products that I've never been disappointed with. The closest product I can also relate this to is Moist Gel (Which I cannot seem to find on EF). Moist Gel is much thicker and more of a jelly/jam sort of texture while Moist Anal Lube can be related to olive or grape seed oil. I found myself liking the texture of the Moist Gel more because it lasts longer, but as of recently, I have returned this lubricant because Moist Gel is not vegan.

Some qualities of Moist Anal lube are that it has practically no odor, no color, and is 100% water based. This makes it very easy to clean and does not leave the skin feeling sticky after a quick water rinse. One thing I liked about it is that a very small amount went a long way so the bottle lasted a long while. If you find that the lubricant is becoming too dry or sticky a small amount of water or saliva added can react with it to create more liquidation of the lube. This lube is also safe with silicone toys and penile masturbation. I found that the cap for the perfume-like spray bottle was a nice addition because it gives access to easy storage without worry of spilling. As for ingestion, I wouldn't recommend swallowing it but if you so happen to get any in your mouth, it does not taste all that bad. I found it had sort of a sugary taste to it. I have not used this with glass toys, only silicone, but with many of my silicone toys, this was perfect. I would recommend this lubricant for finger and penile insertion as well. One of the ingredients on this bottle is Urea. For vegans out there, you might want to e-mail Moist and ask if it's synthetic or animal/human derived. I plan on doing so before I buy another bottle.

To increase viscosity, I found putting this lubricant in the fridge gives it more of a gel-like texture. Personally, I didn't care for this modification and did it strictly out of curiosity, BUT it can give a nice numbing sensation when chilled. Likewise, if warmed up, it could increase viscosity. The original reason I bought this was because it was cheap. I guess you don't get what you pay for in this scenario; you get more. Compared to the fancy, pricey lubricants out there, this matches up to them in quality. The clear bottle is also an attraction because it's easy to tell how much is left. The squirt top can also be removed when the stem doesn't reach the bottom to get the last bit out.
