Moist Anal Lube is, as one might assume from the name, a lubricant designed for anal use. It could be used for other purposes. If the user doesn't have any issues with glycerin or parabens (which unfortunately this lube contains) it could be used for vaginal lubricant. It can be used for male masturbation as well. Since this lube is water-based, it's friendly with any toy material. It's also condom compatable.

About the only situation this lube shouldn't be used for is water play. Since this is a water-based product, it would simply get rinsed away if attempted for use in the shower or tub.

Glycerin is an ingredient some women, especially those prone to yeast infections choose to avoid. Parabens are a preservative that may lead to health complications. Some avoid products containing parabens to err on the side of caution.

This lube is slippery and smooth. There's nothing in the lube that gives it any texture. In my opinion, it's a little thin. It runs a little bit, but not enough that it causes any type of problem. Most of it stays where it is applied.

It never feels sticky, even when it dries up a little.

It dispenses really nicely and has never clogged the dispenser pump.

I notice a very light scent with this lube. It's a little hard to describe but I suppose I would say botanical? Out of the first 5 ingredients listed, 4 of them are extracts (nettle, rosemary, balm mint, and ginseg) so I would suspect those things would contribute to this.

Either way the smell is extremely light and almost undetectable.

There's no flavoring in this lubricant. I tasted it for the sake of testing and noticed a hint of sweetness. It didn't taste good, but at the same time it didn't make me gag. So while it's not intended for consumption, it wouldn't be the end of the world to get it in your mouth.

This lube performed really well, in my opinion. It's slippery and it makes anal penetration whether with a penis, fingers, or toys, totally comfortable.

It's not as long lasting as silicone lube, but for being water-based it held up really well.

Cleanup was super easy. Soap and water washed the lube off of myself and my boyfriend, and neither one of us felt any residue left over or experienced any irritation. Moist Anal Lube also claims to be non-staining. It is! One night it ended up in several spots on our comforter. The spots washed away flawlessly. So no need to worry about not making a mess with this stuff.

Moist Anal Lube comes in a 4 oz. plastic bottle. The bottle on the front says Moist Anal Lube. Unfortunately, it is printed on the bottle and it's not a sticker that can be removed. Obviously not discreet. However it's not a huge deal to me. While I'd prefer the bottle not to say "anal lube" in large red letters on the front, I keep the lube in a drawer in my bedroom. The only people that look in there are myself and my boyfriend. If you're the type that has to deal with potential snoopers, I'd put this bottle out of sight and spare the embarrassment.

There's a little tag around the top of the bottle that reads "Moist Anal Lube is a friction-free, nonirritating, silky smooth personal lubricant that will turn your sexual encounters into delightful anal pleasures. Most of the herbal extracts this lube contains, such as the nettle extract, balm mint extract, rosemary extract, contain properties that are soothing to the skin.

The most important thing is that this lube feels good to me. I hate to have lube that feels sticky or greasy or excessively slimy. When I'm done sex, I want to relax and not be in desperate need to go clean myself up. With this lube I can relax and enjoy the moment.

Since my boyfriend likes butt play too, I like that this is a unisex product. It is something we can both use and both enjoy.

This was the first lube made for anal that I have tried. Normally, my boyfriend and I would just use whatever lube was on hand. However, I decided that since anal play was becoming a pretty common theme in our sexual repertoire that it might be beneficial to use something designed for that.

I wasn't let down with this product. The first time we used it for anal sex, the first thing I was happy with was the way the lube felt nice and slippery. It was just really nice and slick, it never felt sticky or dried up. We didn't have to interrupt the action to reapply, although we used a generous amount to begin with.

That was the second thing I was really impressed with. I figured the amount that we used would have left a decent sized dent in the bottle, but nope! I don't know how many squirts we used, but when we do butt-play we don't skimp on the lube. We've used the lube a fair amount of times so far, and only a small fraction of the bottle is missing. This bottle is going to last a long time, and with how nicely this lube performs, I certainly don't mind.
