Sapphire boyshort with bow - crotchless panties by DreamGirl - review by Allison.Wilder

I ordered these crotchless, sapphire boyshorts with bows by Dreamgirl because they looked absolutely amazing on the product page. I couldn't wait to get them and when they finally arrived, I ripped the box open like it was my own personal Christmas morning. These panties come wrapped in plastic and tucked inside a cardboard shell with a picture of a woman wearing only these panties on either side. Unfortunately, this is where my excitement about these panties wore off.





These panties are a gorgeous, deep blue sapphire color. There is a small black bow front and center along the elastic band and a larger black bow in the center of the back. The boyshorts themselves are made of a 90% nylon, 10% spandex mix according to the tag, but Eden's product page does state that they're 90% polyester.

These panties are multi-purpose, meaning they could be worn under clothing or for sexy times. They're also crotchless which adds to their appeal. The crotch portion of these panties is split down the center making your lady bits easily accessible. The center strips are just shy of two inches wide, so when worn as normal panties, the strips sort of bunch together and can cause a lot of frontal wedgie discomfort.

When spread apart, the crotch opening is huge and I do mean huge. There should be no issue with the strips rubbing or getting in the way of any sexy time activities because there's a lot of room here. The material is also really stretchy so if more room is necessary, and I highly doubt it would be necessary, there's a little more wiggle room. Don't ask me how I know this, but the crotch opening actually fit all the way around an average sized adult head.

While the material is gorgeous and soft to the touch, it's not really all that great. There were strings sticking out everywhere because this material is just so easy to snag and rip. There's frayed edges on not just the panty material, but also on the bows. There are strings sticking up from the crotch seams and the entire back seam is frayed making it a bit scratchy and uncomfortable. There are even strings sticking out of the inside of the elastic band! These are just so poorly made which is a bit surprising since I've never had an issue with a Dreamgirl product before.

Caring for these boyshorts is pretty standard and really easy. They should be hand washed in cold water and line-dried only. Do not put these in the dryer or iron them.

They are nineteen inches wide across the front/back and can easily stretch past twenty-five inches. They are eleven inches long in the crotch area and the crotch strips measure just under two inches wide.

I chose the 3X/4X because I'm wide across the hips and middle and they did fit me very well. I had to stretch them just a little to get them to sit comfortably around my hips, but once they're on, they stay put. I didn't notice any rolling of the elastic band which is incredibly common so that was a surprise.
