Lace-up fishnet bodystocking - crotchless bodystocking by Leg Avenue - review by ~LaUr3n~

Oh bodystockings, how I have hated you so! I tried you twice and was completely let down. Consequently, for years, I have looked over you and never planned on getting another. Enter boyfriend: "That's hot!" Could he really just have said that about a bodystocking he saw on eden?! I have such a grudge! Alas, I purchased it anyways and learned my lesson. Don't let past bad experiences hold you back from trying things again...

This bodystocking is unlike any I have tried before. It didn't feel like a web of nylon suffocating me. It didn't make me feel self conscious either. I didn't feel like it was going to rip every time I moved. By the way, I could move! While the fit was not directly spot on, I don't think I'll find one much better.

Girls, if you have any reserves about trying this bodystocking because of past ones not fitting, a similar experience to mine, or even thinking you are too curvy, too large or the wrong body type to fit in one, DON'T! You need to try this. At $10, you can't go wrong. You can always turn it into other things if it doesn't work out.

This is a one piece body stocking manufactured by Leg Avenue. It comes in two sizes, one size and plus size.

*Materials: Good

This bodystocking is made of 100% nylon. The nylon is very soft and not at all scratchy. It feels of better quality than I expected. The pattern is a traditional fishnet. The material feels comfortable, stretches well, and molds to the body. It has its limits though. It may not return to its original shape if it is stretched too far. If you follow my sizing chart, that should not be a problem though!

There is one down side to the material being so soft. It does catch easily. Even after getting a recent manicure, I felt like the material wanted to catch on my nails every inch of the way. Be careful with the material, it is a little delicate.

*Design/craftsmanship: Good, seamless

Bodystockings are one piece, as is this one. It has thin spaghetti straps like a tank top. They are spandex style, but do not adjust like bra straps. This can be worked around, which I get to later. The top also has a bust line similar to a regular tank top. It is not super low cut, but lies at a mid point on the chest. The bust line has a trim that follows from the straps. It drops in the back and crosses in a sexy way that sort of looks like it laces up. This stops about mid back and can not be adjusted.

Other than the simple tightness of the bodystocking, there is no additional bust support. For many, this may not be enough and may also drown small breasts.

The crotch is...crotchless and is thinly lined, so it does not rip easily. The hole is very large, about ten inches across when laid flat. It makes for easy access for vaginal and anal sex. This stocking is advertised as being seamless. With the exception of the feet, it is. There are so seams up the legs or on the sides of the torso. The feet are closed toe and have no reinforcement.

Overall, especially for the price, I am pleased with the quality. I would pay a few extra bucks for this too. I am impressed with the fact that it does not have any unsightly seams.

*Cleaning/care/storage: Hand wash, difficult

Honestly, this stocking is a pain to clean because it is delicate. If you have to wash it, do so by hand in warm water. It comes in a cardboard box wrapped in plastic. The box has pictures of the product being worn on a model. The package is kind of hard to use again if you rip the plastic.

*Sizing: Better than expected, on the larger side of ‘one size'

Of the more popular lingerie manufacturers, Leg Avenue is the one I have had the least luck with, mostly with their one size products. They seem to be hit or miss. This one was surprisingly near spot on! For a one-size product, I really expected this to be tight and on the smaller size. It was actually, quite the opposite. It was a tad loose in areas and loved my curves instead of smashing them. I swear the model must be wearing an even smaller one!

I weigh ~155 pounds (size 8/10); curvy but fit. The large size says it fits a 6-11 dress size, A-C cup, 32-38" bust, 23-29" waist, 34-40" hip, and 90-160. It actually fits the larger end of these ranges much better and can even accommodate for a bit more.

I have size 34/36 D breasts. They fit nicely in the top. They were supported by the tightness just enough, but not smashed through or anything. If you needed a bit more lift or wanted the neck line to be higher, you could tie the straps. Breasts smaller than a large B might find that they lose dimension due to the pattern.
The band had plenty of room too.

The waist was probably the most inaccurate. My waist is about 30” which is out of the range. It was not tight and had some slack. Same goes for the hips, but not as much. It totally loves curves!

The thighs were the part that worried me most. There was even room there. The biggest problem was in combination to this and it being a tad short. The crotch hole went down my thigh a bit. Since the thighs were not tight enough to stay up on their own, I just dealt with it.

My boyfriend and I loved this. I love the sizing and the fact that I was able to move! I don't think it will last too terribly long, but it is totally worth it even more one use.

This piece is still holding up and has not ripped. To be honest, I am surprised. It's not that I think this piece is made of cheap material, ti is that items of this type usually don't hold up well regardless.

Cleaning has been fine. It's easiest to just hand wash and drip dry.

The shape has changed a bit when off, but it still looks the same when it is on.
