Sexy lumberjack - costume discontinued by Coquette - review by butterflygirlxo

I got this costume last month to review, but I've had a lot of things going on lately so I didn't have a chance to write a review for it! But everything is fine now and I'm back to reviewing, I'm excited because I have a lot of reviews coming soon!

Anyways, I have decided to get more into costumes for role playing, and of course thinking ahead for Halloween! Eden has many costumes to choose from so I decided to go for one that I thought would be good to wear to an adult Halloween party and something that I didn't think other people would be wearing. So after searching the website I decided to get the "Sexy Lumberjack" by Coquette! It comes in size Small/Medium and Medium/Large.The outfit arrived in a plastic bag attached to a hanger with a snap closure. The costume includes a mini denim jumper with chest pocket, a cropped plaid shirt, gray hat and matching leg warmers. The costume is super cute! However, it did have its down falls. The shirt is attached to the jumper so it's kind of confusing to put on and gets all twisted up. It took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to put it on the first time. Also, I'm a small gal and the jumper fits somewhat loose on me, but not a big deal! I would consider the costume good quality, I'm surprised how durable the toy axe was, actually. Other then that, the costume is super soft and very stretchy. It is made from 80% nylon and 20% spandex. I wouldn't recommend you going out Trick- Or- Treating in this, or anywhere will young kids will be since I wouldn't find it very appropriate. It is pretty short and does show a lot of skin. I don't know if it would look right, but you may be able to try a white tank top underneath to cover up some skin.

This costume must be hand wash and hung to dry.

I ended up giving this away; it was a cute outfit but not for me! I thought it was cute at first, but then I realized it's not my style.
