These are a standard pair of sheer black thigh high stockings with a back seam. They're a decent price, and they wouldn't be a bad impulse buy, but if you're looking for a high quality stocking your money is better off invested in a better pair.

One good thing I can say is that I've worn these a few times and while the material does seem to me to be pretty cheap they haven't run yet. I'm very, very clumsy with stockings and tights so this is definitely a plus. The toe is reinforced, and the tops have a sticky material that helps them stay up without a garter belt (though I've also worn them with a belt), though even with the sticky backs they have a tendency to slip, especially the longer they are worn. The seam running down the back of the leg is a nice touch.

That being said I'm not a fan of the material outside of its durability. When I wear stockings I want them to have a very silky, sexy feel. These are kind of scratchy, not really desirable to run down your lovers' leg. The other problem is the color. I don't really know why, but there are parts on the stockings that are darker than others, it's as though the thickness is inconsistent. It leaves my legs looking strangely blotchy.

I'm fairly short (5'4", 5'5" on a good day) and stocky, and the "one size fits all" fits but not in a very appealing way. I usually have trouble with stockings going up high because I have thicker thighs, but I have the opposite problem with these tights. They literally cover my entire leg; I could pull them all the up to my hips. These were clearly made for a model type and I am far from it, but so are most people so it's worth mentioning. I'm sure these might be good for taller, thinner people.
