I weigh 150 lbs, so these stockings should fit. Unfortunately, the the sizing chart, which claims that they fit 90-160 lbs, is incorrect on these. If they fit, I'd be raving about the stockings because of their look and feel, but since they only fit the lower end of the scale they are recommended for, I am only giving these three stars.

What it is … how to wear it
These are stockings, and can be work with or without garters. The top is a snugger elastic, but there is no silicone gripping applied.
Packaging
This comes in standard hosiery packaging, folded in light cardboard and then put into a clear plastic wrapper. The photo on the packaging is the legs of a model wearing the stockings, so nothing that will embarrass you if it's seen lying around.
Material & Care
85% Nylon 15% Spandex exclusive of decoration
Hand wash warm, only non chlorine bleach when needed, drip dry, do not iron
Design
The main colour of these stockings is nude, which is great for pale skinned women. There is a black band around the top, with extra elastic to allow them to hold up. Down the back of the leg is a black "seam" (not an actual seam, but a black line knitted into the stocking). Around ankle height, it meets with the Cuban heel decoration, which is a black coloured area that flares out to cover the Achilles tendon, the sole of the foot, and the toe.
The design is striking and incredibly sexy. I can imagine wearing this with the new 40s inspired looks that are showing up in the spring fashions this year.

38" waist
44" hips
Despite being within the 90-160 lbs weight limit, these stockings were too tight at the top. The width of my thigh at the top of the stockings is 21", which made the stocking stretch to the point that it started rolling, making them unwearable. I'll have to pass these on to a skinnier friend. My best guess is that the sizing would work for 90-130 lbs only.

Thanks for including the size of your thighs. I now know that these will not work for me. Size charts are so approximate. I weigh 210 and sometimes can fit in stockings made for "no larger than 160lbs" and sometimes I buy queen size and they're too big. I wish hosiery had an inches chart like bras...even if bra sizing is a little confusing. A circumference measurement makes more sense than a weight measurement, since weight/size proportion can vary due to bone size/density, muscle mass, weight/fat distribution throughout one's body. I have muscular thighs, a fat belly, big breasts, and a firm butt proportionate to the rest of my body. -
Thanks so much for including all measurements. I hate when companies say it should fit a certain size but they are off the mark. They measure typical model type women instead of REAL women to get their measurements. -
