Embroidered Bra(34dd) Review

I wanted to love this bra, but it just wasn't for me. I found the silver trim to look trashy, and I was irritated that the metal accents weren't as pictured (they're gold in reality, not black/silver as pictured). That said, if this is your style, the underwire and light padding will provide you with some great support.

For this piece, I'd recommend that you go with your true bra size.

extremely useful review
When I saw that EdenFantasy's was finally offering sized bras, I knew I had to snatch a few of them up. This was one of the first ones that I purchased.

So tell us a little about the bra...:
Baci's embroidered bra is a fairly basic underwire bra. It's black with a little embroidered flowers on it. Some of the embroidery is done in the same color as the bra, so it's not very noticeable. On the other hand, some of the embroidery is done in silver, which should add a nice contrast. Unfortunately the silver embroidery does not look as nice in person as it does in the picture.

What's it made out of?:
This bra is made out of 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex.

It's not high quality material, for $16.99, it's not bad.

The cups of the bra are solid (not see through), and comfortable against my skin. The cups are also lightly padded.

The band on the bra is made up mesh. The mesh appears to be fairly strong, though I did notice a hole in the mesh straight out of the packaging.

The material is very stretchy, though less so on the cups.

As for the metal on the bra? The little rings that connect the straps to the bra are made out of some kind of a gold colored metal. The gold looks nice with the black fabric, but when you figure in that the other decoration on the bra is silver, it just looks a bit trashy.

How do you wash it?
It's recommended that you hand wash this bra in cold water. I cannot say how this holds up to washing, as I am sending mine back due to the tear in the fabric (and fit issues).

What's the sizing like?:
Baci has made this bra available in many different sizes: 32A, 32B, 34B 36B, 38B, 32C, 34C, 34D, 36C, 38C, 36D, 38D 34DD, and 38DD.

After my last experience purchasing a Baci bra, I decided to purchase a 34DD, despite the fact that 34D is my usual size. It looks like I should've went with a 34D with this one.

The bra fits my small D-cup, breasts well enough, but there is some gaping. If I were just looking for something to wear to entice my man, this bra would great, but it's just not suitable for day-to-day wear as it doesn't fit me properly.

For this one, I'd recommend going with your true bra size.

I took the following measurements of the piece laying flat:
Bra band, unclasped, unstretched: 26.5"
Bra band, unclasped, stretched: 36"
Bra band width (at closure): just over 2"

How's the design?:
The design is okay, but not great.

This bra has underwire, and is lightly padded, so it offers the girls plenty of support (if it fits you properly). I loved how this bra made my breast look, as it provided just enough lift to them without pushing too far up. It also gave me some great cleavage.

The straps on the bra are adjustable, but not removable. Personally, I find the straps to be very comfortable.

The bra closure is your basic bra closure. You have three closure options, so you're going to be able to pick a setting that is comfortable for you.

Now, what I don't like about this bra is the gold metal pieces. In the photo, the metal appears black or silver, but in person, they are definitely gold. The gold just makes the bra look very cheap.

I also don't really care for the silver embroidery. It makes it so that this bra really can't be worn under tight fitting clothing.

I do, however, like the lace trim at the top of the bra cups.
Experience
What's the packaging like?:
The packaging for this bra is actually fairly nice.

It came packaged in a cardboard box. The cardboard box has an image of the model, wearing the bra, on both the front and back the package. The cardboard box does seem a bit excessive, but it helped to keep the cups from getting misshapen during the shipping process.

In my opinion, the package is not adequate for storage, due simply to the fact that it takes up too much room.

How's the quality?:
Quality wise, this is okay.

There was a lot of loose threads, but for $16.99, it's nothing I can't deal with.
As I mentioned previously, there was also a hole in the mesh upon arrival, which makes me think that mesh might not be as strong as it should be.

Overall, I am giving this 2 stars, taking off points for the hole in the mesh, the loose threads, the fact that the metal accents don't match the picture, and the fact that the silver embroidery appears cheap in person.
Follow-up commentary
This piece has now been returned due to the poor quality.

Hopefully others will have better luck with this piece than I did.
