The Lace Top Stockings from Leg Avenue are a very nice pair of sheer stockings with backseams that can definitely spice up a date night, or any night you feel like. The stockings are thigh highs and can be worn without a garter belt and hold up well. This was one of the first things my wife mentioned about these stockings was that they weren't falling down or drooping when she had been wearing them for awhile.

The stockings are made out of 100% nylon and arrive in a plastic bag and the stockings wrapped around the typical cardboard insert. The packaging is 100% recyclable as well, which is great for the environment. The lace top holds up very well and these can easily be worn without a garter belt during your everyday routine. My wife has worn these several times while we've been out and has had no problems with sagging as of yet.

The defining feature for these stockings is that they have a backseam. Backseam stockings aren't too common for everyday wear, but are great for a sexy evening out, or evening in. The seam extends all the way to the toe of the stockings. The stockings are not reinforced at the toe, one of the small drawbacks for my wife. The lace top has a flowered pattern and looks great on, which my wife really enjoys. She loves feeling pretty when wearing stockings and likes having a secret all of her own underneath her clothes. The lace top is 2 1/2" tall on the stocking.

These are One Size stockings, which typically means that they will fit women (or men) who weigh between 90 and 160 pounds. My wife is around 150 pounds and these stockings fit her very well. As I mentioned previously they hold up well on her thighs, but you can also wear a garter belt with them as well. These stockings are incredibly soft and feel great against the skin according to my wife, and to me when I run my hand along her legs when she is wearing them.

One thing you have to be careful of with these stockings is that since they are incredibly soft it is very easy to get runs in these stockings. We have ordered a second pair of these stockings because we had a run in them this weekend. Nails or jewelry can snare these very easily, or running one heel along your leg, which is how ours snared.

Knowing that these are very delicate you must be careful when cleaning them as well. We wash all of our stockings in warm water with soap and then allow them to air dry, and suggest that for these as well. Some stockings I would be fine throwing in the washer, but these would not hold up well in the rigors of a washing machine or dryer I believe. Storing them is very easy, we just roll them up and toss them in my wife's hosiery/sock drawer.

Overall we really like these stockings. They are a great value and look great on. Yes we are on our second pair now, but for the price we paid we feel that there is real value in these stockings.
