Industrial net thigh highs - hosiery by Leg Avenue - review by SkylarrStarr

I adore fishnet pantyhose. I love everything about them; they way they look, feel and wear. The wide band on these Industrial Net Thigh Highs by Leg Avenue caught my eye and I had to try them. While I found a few areas where they could be improved, I was pleased with them overall.

Packaging:
These thigh highs come packaged in typical hosiery style cardboard packaging, with a photo of a model wearing the stockings. A cardboard rectangle is inserted into one of the legs and stretches it to show of the pattern of the net via a heart shaped cut out on the outer package. The hose are tucked inside a cardboard sleeve, then slid inside a cellophane wrapper. This packaging is not sturdy enough for storage.



Material/Construction/Style:
The industrial net of these thigh highs is larger in size than typical fishnet stockings. They are constructed with 96% nylon and 4% spandex. A wide, soft, double layered band sits at the top of these stockings, giving them a bit of a retro feel. The toe of these thigh highs is not reinforced. This factor, along with the larger netting and soft material makes them prone to snags, so wear with care! There is no silicone at the top of these thigh highs to help hold them up. I would suggest wearing a garter belt for anything but the briefest wearing.



Fit/Measurements:
This particular style of thigh highs is One Size Fits Most. As I have rather long (52" from hip to toe), thin legs, I was concerned about the fit after reading a few reviews but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them on. They were plenty long; I would have been able to pull them up right above my booty cheeks if I wanted. There was still room to stretch to fit larger thighs, up to a size 14 I would estimate. I have a feeling they would be baggy on very slender, petite frames.

Care:
These stockings should be hand washed in warm water with a gentle soap. Hang them to dry, use only a non-chlorine bleach when needed. They should not be ironed.

Comfortable and durable. These have become one of my favorite pairs of stockings. I really dig the wide band at the top. I will for sure but these again!
