This outfit comes with six pieces: the hat, the panties, the bikini-like top, two puffy arm bands, and the stethoscope. This set is one size fits all. The panties run true to size, while I think the top can be worn by many individuals because it is like a bikini top.

Typically I don't like how Escante's products fit. They tend to run a little small for me, but this one fit well.

The one size fits all should fit someone with a bust of 32-36 inches and a B/C cup. I have a 40D, so I am well above the size range, but I had no problems with the fit of the top. While an individual’s waist should be between 24-34 inches, mine is about 38 inches, but the panties stretch. They were still comfortable.

The set is made of polyester with the exception of the stethoscope, which is plastic. The material is soft and smooth; I found it to be comfortable against my skin. It was not itchy or scratchy in any way. The material itself is somewhat stretchy.

The Stethoscope
This is made of plastic and is very cheap. The little white balls that would go in your ears fall off as soon as you look at them. Do not put them in your ears. I think they could fall off and get stuck in your ears. There’s nothing like an uncomfortable trip to the ER.

Armbands
I found that the stitching is not the highest quality on these. Mine contained loose threads.

Panties
These are cute, with a little red and white ruffle, stripes, and a red heart in the middle of the front triangle. They fit me well and were comfortable to wear. If these were plain, I would add them to the mix of lingerie panties that I wear when a piece doesn't come with panties, but with the stripes and not being solid red or white, I will only wear these with this set as a whole.

Top
The top is like a bikini. It ties around your neck and behind your back below your breasts. The cups are like a tube-top. The bottom string is a red ribbon, while the string that ties around your neck is like a bikini top string. The top does not provide any support, so it might be uncomfortable for large-busted women to wear.

Hat
The hat is laughable. It is nothing like a hat. It is a piece of stiff fabric fastened to strings that tie around your head. It would be better as a headband. I would have preferred it if it was actually a headband.
