Baci fishnet pantyhose - hosiery by Baci - review by mistressg

I was very happy when I saw these as a new addition to Eden, since just about all of my lingerie and hosiery is black. I thought this shade of purple was fantastic, and I decided I couldn't go wrong at only $2.99!

I got them today and I am just as happy with the color in person, if not more! Here is the packaging-

I noticed upon taking them out of the package that the fabric is very soft. I love how soft the fabric is! Not that the rest of my hosiery is rough at all, but this was noticeably nice to touch. However, the fabric seems very fragile, so I took care to put them on gently. I love how they look on my legs!

I LOVE the color, and in the right light they almost make my legs look as though they have a purple glow. How pretty! Also, I think that in terms of height they would fit anyone up to 6' tall. They stretch a fair amount lengthwise, and I am 5'10" and they came up to my ribs. Because of the waistband, I don't think they would comfortably fit anyone much bigger than an XL. I am around 150 (my weight changes often enough, but within the 150 range) and I typically wear a large in pretty much anything. It wasn't terribly uncomfortable, but I do wish the waistband was different. When I took them off - which I did gently and cautiously as these are not made to be torn off in a fit of passion if you want them to last - they got tangled, I think one of the legs got wrapped around the waistband somehow. I was worried that in trying to carefully undo them that they would get torn. Yes, the price was very cheap, but I would like to make them last and not have to buy another pair after putting the first one on! I wish that the waistband was wider, and stretchier. It's stretchy, but not as much as I would like it to be, and the waistband is fairly narrow. One thing that I like to see in my hosiery, especially when it is any sort of lace or netted material, is a reinforced toe. These do not have that, as you can see .

All of this aside, I still think this is a very pretty pair of pantyhose. They look great on me, and I just absolutely love the color. If you think they would fit you, I would recommend them. They are inexpensive, and they are too pretty to pass up, though I do wish they were a little bit sturdier. I can't wait to find the right outfit to wear them out with!

I still like these, and I love the color, but I wish they were less fragile. I am still considering getting them in hot pink. I think a reinforced toe and a control top would be nice to have with these tights. I've already mentioned the waistband in my review and it would be nice if that were different as well. Still, these are very pretty tights. I like them, but I do wish the material were stronger... But at only $2.99 they are so inexpensive!
