Are you looking for something stylish that could be worn in the bedroom, as well as a night out on the town? Maybe you're looking for something that has a slimming effect, that sucks everything in, and makes your waist look smaller, and push up your breasts nicely. Well, the Fishnet Studded Trim Bustier by Coquette, does that and more! It's a funky and stylish bustier, that looks equally as good with jeans, black dress pants, as it does in the bedroom with thigh-highs. With that said, this item can be easily dressed up or down, and great for all kinds of occasions. I have even worn this to work with black dress pants, and a black cardigan. With it's added under-wire and padded bra portion, makes this an excellent item that doesn't require a bra!



Material / Texture / Design / Shape / Size

There are three tags on the inside of the lingerie: the Coquette label, small size label (white), and the fabric breakdown label (white), that says it's made up of 80% nylon, and 20% spandex. When it comes to durability and strength of this product, it is true to that. The inside of this item is nicely lined, and is soft against the skin. There is also a thick elastic built in, that runs horizontally on the inside, like a belt for added curve. The elastic measures almost 1", and the stitching can be seen from the outside, to help accentuate the waist.







Starting from the top of the bustier, the top is in a heart shape that hugs your breasts perfectly, and has added padding and under-wire built in. The top of the bra portion is lined with a black satin like ribbon, that borders along the top edge, and roughly 1/4" thick. There's 6 rows of black square shaped beads, that line the top of each bust cup, which are cut in a pyramid-like shape. The beads are made of plastic, are black, with a shiny finish that sparkle in the light. Each bead measures 1/4 x 1/4".



The corset is a gorgeous purple color, that is satiny and smooth, with a layer of black fishnet fabric on top. The bustier has plastic boning running verticle throughout. When it comes to boning, and no I don't mean something naughty, there is a total of 9.

Where there is boning in the front, there are pretty black square shaped beads in two rows, that run vertical. There is a total of 5 boning in the front, that contain two rows of beads, which run vertically from the top, all the way down to the bottom of the bustier. There is one boning that runs directly down the center from between the bust, which measures 14" in length, from the top to the bottom.

When it comes to this bustier, you have an option to wear it with or without straps. The straps can easily be added for extra support, and help aid in cleavage. The straps are black, and measure just a little over 1/4" in width, and are fully adjustable. There's also a little ribbon loop sewn on the inside on each side, to help aid in hanging up the garment for storage.



When it comes to the back of the bustier, it has a hook and eye closure, that contains two rows to choose from. There are a total of 18 hook and eye closures all the way down. It's nicely lined, to prevent any skin from showing through, and to keep the hooks from rubbing or irritating the skin.



The bottom of the bustier has a nice curve to it, with it being longer in the front in the middle, like a "V", and on both of the sides. The back of the bustier remains fairly straight. This bustier has the option of adding garters, two in the front and two in the back. The garters are fully adjustable, and made of the same material as the bra straps.

Overall, I'm in love with my new Fishnet Studded Bustier. It looks fabulous with both jeans and/or dress pants, and can be worn for many different types of occasions. I personally like to wear this little number out, even to work. I've received several compliments on it, and where to buy it.

I love the fishnet lining, but keep in mind that things can easily get caught if you're not careful. Make sure to always close the hook and eye closure, as when it's in storage, the hooks can easily get caught on the fishnet.

The purple color is gorgeous, and depending on the lighting it can look a purple-blue. In dim lighting, it also comes off as a little Gothic. This bustier has a little bit of an 80's and 90's flare to it, and can be quite sexy. I normally wear a size 14 or an XL, and was a little sad that this wasn't offered in that sizing. I purchased a large, and it's a little snug, however, I'm continuously losing weight. Excellent quality, makes the boobs look hot, and leaves me with a super slimming waistline.

Care and Maintenance

With the nature of this bustier you would want to hand wash it in cool water. You would want to use a mild soap, I personally like the brand Zero. Do not put this in the washing machine or dryer, as it will get damaged. You will want to hang the corset to dry, so it doesn't lose it's shape.

Packaging

The bustier by Coquette came wrapped in a clear plastic bag, without a hanger (usually they come on a hanger).

The corset had the original cardboard Coquette product tag pinned to the lingerie, along with two zipped clear plastic bags with straps (bra & garters). The product tag had photos of a model wearing the lingerie, both front and back view. On the label it had the washing instructions stating to hand wash the item. The washing instructions are little pictures, one is a washing machine with an "X" through it. Great presentation when it comes to the packaging.

I'm still loving this bustier, but be careful not to pull on the beading when putting it on. I accidentally almost yanked one off while putting it on, but I was able to easily fix it with some black thread.
