Are you looking for a bra and panties set, that are flattering to your figure, and something a little unique? Are you looking for something that can give you a little extra boost in the bust area, and feels comfortable on? Are you looking for something that looks good for all body shapes, even the plus sized woman? Well the Velveteen Bra and Boyshorts set by Coquette, offers that!







Material / Texture / Design / Shape / Size

Starting with the bra, there are three labels attached to the back strap: the first is the Coquette logo label, the second is the size label (XL), and the third is the label containing the fabric breakdown, as well as washing instructions. The label states that the bra is made up of 100% polyester.



The whole entire bra is black in color, mainly a velvet like fabric. Starting from the top of the bra, there is a tuxedo type of flap at the top, which is in a satin like fabric. It nicely folds over the top of each bra cup, and is roughly 2" in width, and 6.5" in length. The bra cups are padded and nicely lined inside, and contain an under-wire for extra support. Directly in the middle of the bra, between the breasts, are two diamond like buttons, one on top of the other. Each button measures 1/4" in size, and 1" space between them. On each side of the bra, there are little ribbon loops to help assist in hanging it up for storage. I personally prefer to keep mine in my underwear section of my dresser, and cut the strips off as they anoid me.





When it comes to the sizing of the bra, there are three rows for the hook and eye closures, to select from in the back. The length of the bra without being stretched is 34" in length, but can easily be stretched up to 40" around the chest. I sometimes wear a 40D, but mostly a 38D/C, and this bra fits me perfectly. The straps can easily be adjusted for proper fit and comfort, but can't be removed.



The boy-short panties are made up of black flower lace, and the same black velvet material, as well as the same satin like material as the bra. The elastic around the waist measures 30" without being stretched, and can easily be stretched to fit a waist up to 36" with no problems. I normally wear a size 14, and these fit me perfectly. The front of the panties in the middle are velvet, and it runs as a thick stripe down the front. The stripe measures 7" across. At the top of the stripe, is a little border of satin material, that has a diamond button in the center. The satin material is the same length: 7", and the height is 1". The back of the panties are strictly black lace, and can easily show your skin and crack. You will want to remove the white tag that states the size, as it can easily be seen. The panties are nicely lined in the crotch region, for extra protection.





Care and Maintenance

This item has delicate properties to it, so you would want to hand wash it in cool water. You would want to use a mild soap. I personally like to use Zero for all my intimates. Do NOT put this in the washing machine or dryer. You will want to let this hang and air dry, to prevent any damage.

Packaging

This item came on a satin hanger that had a ribbon with "Coquette" printed on it. The hanger is black in color, and has a little metal button on both ends. It has a second portion to the hanger, which have clips that was holding the boy-shorts.

Everything came wrapped in clear plastic and was sealed. The original cardboard Coquette product tag was pinned to the lingerie. The product tag had photos of a model wearing the bra set, both front and back view. On the label it had the washing instructions stating to hand wash the item. The washing instructions are little pictures, one is a washing machine with an "X" through it. Excellent presentation when it comes to the packaging.

I love my new bra and panties from Coquette, and amazed at how well they fit. I have never purchased a bra online before, and originally hesitated on it. I normally wear a 38C/D, and the XL fit like a glove. These items can be worn as lingerie, and can actually be worn under regular clothing. The only thing, be careful what material your shirt is, as if it's satin, silk, or anything that clings, you may be able to see the top bra crease.

I used to wear a 40D, and this bra would have fit me with no problems, as there's quite a bit of give to the fabric. If you have really big breasts that are bigger then a D, this bra might not cover your breasts enough.

I have worn these several times, and they're still going strong. Make sure to only wear the bra with normal clothing, as any fabric that is slinky or clings, will show the details of the bra.
