Galore chemise and thong - chemise discontinued by Seven 'til Midnight - review by XxFallenAngelxX

Upon opening the box, I found that the chemise was packed well with the brown packing paper and was in a clear, sealed plastic bag. There were no hangers included. Once I opened up the package and took out the garment, I was pleased with how soft the fabric was. The brand is Seven til' Midnight and I have always seemed to like the quality of the materials they use. I then checked to see what the garment was made from. The fabric types that this was made from are polyester (92%) and spandex (8%). The care tag states to hand wash the chemise in cold water and tells you not to bleach it. It also says to line dry the chemise and tells you not to iron it. The same care instructions are given for the thong that is included.



I could not resist how cute this was with the lavender bows and polka dots, so once I took my shower for the night I put it on right away and went in to surprise my sweetie. I did cut the tag off of the thong because it was oddly placed right in the front, and since this is a sheer material it really showed through in the front area. I am also thinking of removing the tag in the back of the chemise, but not because it is irritating (because it isn't - the tag is made of a silky material and does not itch in the least).

The chemise is a lightweight article that it is not constricting and that does not have any weirdly tight parts in any area. It is an all-around comfortable chemise that can be slept in with no problem. I love the velvet feel of the polka dots - this was an excellent fabric chosen for this chemise. The lavender colored bows and trim really give this outfit the pop that it needs to be very flirty and sexy. The workmanship on this outfit is not cheap and holds up well. It does not snag, and it stretches very easily. The lace on this particular product is also soft and stretchy, and the elastic that gathers the lace on the bottom area and breast area is also soft. The chemise does not wrinkle and it does not ride up on my skin. We have a win-win with this chemise. Sexy, lightweight, and comfortable - you can't go wrong with this combination.





It fits true to size. I received the 1x/2x size and it fit very loosely over my body - except in the breast area, which I'm used to. That is why I must buy the 1x/2x size most of the time. My breasts did seem to overpower this chemise, as I am an F cup. I did like that were was a seam in the breast area that seemed to pucker a bit and that provided a tiny bit of added support. I wish more of these chemises had underwires, but that is not new to me as I wish that about anything that I own. I am around 5 foot 2 inches and this fell in my mid-thigh area. Luckily for me this was not super short. The adjustable straps were not uncomfortable and easily adjusted to the perfect fit.

The length of the 1x/2x (without including the straps in the measurements) is a little shy of 29 inches long.

This chemise has a special place in my lingerie closet. I use a special Woolite to wash it by hand, and I am sure that it will continue to hold up for many wears. My significant other adores this one as well. Polka dots seem to turn him on, so please Eden...let's see some more polka dot lingerie!

I totally love this! I will never do without this pretty piece in my collection! Wow, just wow! What else can I say?
