Heart bustier with g-string - bustier and panty set discontinued by Coquette - review by puffkix

Being the typical male that I am I couldn't tell you what lycra is made of without looking it up; but I will tell you this: It feels fantastic. At least it does the way Coquette does it. This is my first lingerie review and I'm not sure what the most important qualities are when trying to determine if a piece of lingerie is worth buying but I'm thinking it can be broken down into look, feel, and fit. I'm also going to mainly focus on the bustier and not so much the G-String, mostly because the bustier is the exciting special part.

To quote my wife upon opening the package, "It looks really cute." The product description lists the color as purple/black and the pictures make it look pretty purple but it doesn't actually look as purple in real life, the black undertones darken it and having the back of the bustier only black is a nice touch that helps keep the purple in check. Another thing not emphasized in the photos is the little metal locket thing on the neckline, it fits right in with the style of the bustier - cute and not at all gaudy, a little something without going overboard which seems to be the best way to describe the whole outfit. There are little hearts all over the sides, back, and cups of the bustier but they don't really feel cheesy or tacky, just sweet and romantic. The included G-String matches very well and really brings the outfit together, adding hearts on a vertical plane that the bustier chose to accentuate with ribbons and stitching instead of hearts. The criss-crossing ribbons on the front add a pleasing aesthetic quality by providing a touch of class that keeps this piece from being overly cutesy.

No lie, this is one of the nicest feeling fabrics I have ever touched. The inside fabric, I think that's the Lycra part, is soft and smooth, providing a nice comfortable feeling for the wearer (or so my wife tells me, because she wore it, not me). The outside is mesh and is also very soft with just a hint of rough if you rub against yourself. If you choose to "do the dirty" without removing the bustier first, it doesn't interfere at all, in fact I found that it enhanced the excitement both because of the fact that my wife was still wearing something while we're being intimate (and that's always hot to me) and because of the feel of the fabric sliding across my skin. Despite it's soft nature this product feels very durable, though the tag does say hand wash only and I'm inclined to agree with it.

My wife is 5 foot even and weighs about 110, I'm sure that I'm going against some sort of protocol by talking about her weight but I'm just trying to give you a visual image for the fitting of this product. We ordered this in small and it fits near perfectly, the straps are adjustable so even if they're a little loose out of the box it's an easy fix. The only thing that seemed to be an issue was the length; it's seems a little short, and admittedly the product picture shows as much but I don't know very many woman built like a mannequin and the hem rests at an awkward place on the hips and makes any "tummy" poke out, though not unflattering it is something to keep in mind. My wife's typical panty size is a 5/6 or Small and the G-String fit phenomenally, not too tight and fully covering it's intended area. And it's fun to wear during sex ;) The only other thing is that breasts seem to have a hard time staying in the cups during intercourse, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing… my wife is a B cup and she didn't quite fill the cups but they fit comfortably, a C cup would probably fit a bit better, and create some cleavage, while an A cup would be better suited in an XS size.
