Fringed hem dress - mini dress discontinued by Coquette - review by BornInApril

This dress is a great addition to the little black dress collection. This is another piece from Coquette that pleased me very well. Right off the bat this dress feels amazing for one thing. I am a sucker for soft and smooth clothing, and this sexy little number was smooth and sleek as can be.

I was afraid just as always when a clothing item says one size fits most, after looking at the model in the picture it makes you question that phrase and maybe it should read - One size fits most if you look like the super skinny hot model here. I'm no skin and bones, and I have some meat on my body, and this dress still fit me without looking like I would bust out of it. My measurements are as follows: Bust-36, Waist-28, Hips-36, Dress-6, and Cup-B. I was comfortable in this “one size fits most” dress although, I wouldn't want it to be much tighter on me because it was slightly form fitting.

This is a hand-wash only, and hang dry dress, but I never am one to listen to washing rules. I machined washed this dress in cold water and hung to dry and did not notice it any tighter or damaged at all from this. The material of this dress is 100% polyester and boy can you tell just by wearing it against your skin. The fringe on the bottom is such a nice accent giving this plain dress a little spice. The top of the dress along the chest line has gathered material which in my case really helps to accent my breasts. There is also gathering on the front bottom of the dress on both sides which I will show in pictures below. The straps are adjustable which I love because I had to tighten them up highly for my taste.

My husband was thrilled to come home and see me in this sexy form fitting dress which I paired with some black heels and red lipstick. As soon as he saw me he knew what was going down that night. I can agree that the one size fits most is most definitely the biggest negative about this dress. I believe that no matter your size you should be able to strut this sexy attire.

Just wore this tonight and I still really like this dress very much. It is so sexy when paired with heels. My hubby can't get enough of me while wearing it. It is such a well-made dress.
