It come in only one size fits most. It comes in in red, orange, yellow, green, baby blue, blue, purple and pink. I got myself the green on. It is made out of spandex. It is hand wash and air dry. There is a bit of fabric that covers the sensitive bits and two stings that come off of that that come up and support the ass much like a jock strap. It totally shows off the ass too.

This little panty is very much for the ass man or woman. It really shows everything off and leaves nothing at all the imagination and give a bit of lift too.

I was happily surprised at how comfortable it actually was to wear. I could even sleep in it without any problems at all. Usually I am a fan of butt support, but the straps work for that. It just took a bit to settle into having my ass out like that. It's a different feeling and one that takes a bit to get used to, but gods it's worth trying to get used to it because it really looks hot on.

But I have to say that it does make the ass look amazing. This is one of those pieces that would work on any woman no matter what her body type is.
