Scene stealer bra and hipster - bra and panty set discontinued by Seven 'til Midnight - review by Breas

The Scene Stealer Bra and Hipster panty by Seven ‘til Midnight is currently offered in sizes large and extra large. I purchased the size XL. The outfit arrived in a plastic bag package. There were no text or photos on the packaging. The packaging is not good for storing the outfit when it is not being worn. I prefer keeping my outfit in my lingerie drawer. There was a cardboard tag attached to the top of the outfit. The tag states the size, company name, and has a photo of a model wearing the outfit. The back of the tag has the same information as the front along with the company website.

The outfit is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Both the panty and top have an extreme amount of stretch to them. Not only is the material stretchy but also the trim along the top sides and back of the bra are elasticized.



I’ve taken measurements of the outfit laying flat, unstretched. There are a few measurements with the item stretched but I’ve noted this in the measurement. If you need additional measurements, please send me a message and I can get them for you.

Panty
Waistband unstretched: 15 ¾ inches
Waistband stretched as much as I could: 30 inches
Length (taken down side of panty): 4 inches
Lace trim: ¾ inches
Liner length: 4 inches

Bra
Chest (armpit to armpit): 16 inches
Width at bottom of top: 14 ½ inches
Cup length: 5 ¾ inches
Cup width: 6 ¼ inches
Length (armpit to bottom of top): 10 inches
Length (down centre back): 8 inches
Adjustable shoulder strap length: 11 ½ - 15 ½ inches

The bra has hook and eye closures down the centre back. There are 3 rows of 11 eye closures. There is a ½ inch gap between each row. The measurements I had taken above of the bra were with the hook and eye closures hooked to the first row, which was the loosest fit. There is black lace trim along the top of the cups and around the bottom of the top. While wearing the top, the lace at the bottom of the top did seem to roll up at times but it wasn’t uncomfortable. The top also did have a few loose threads but it was easy to trim them off.

There are 6 plastic boning pieces to the top; 2 down the front, 2 down the back, and 1 on each side. The boning is flexible and will not do any shaping. There is no padding in the cups but there is underwire. I wear a C cup and the chest fit me perfectly. If my chest were any larger, it probably wouldn’t fit as comfortably or look as good. The material to the outfit is thin, and seems to become sheerer the more it becomes stretched. Also, the more the material is stretched, the less black the design looks. Stretching the material makes the black design appear grey.

The panty is fantastic! I love the way the panty fits me and has bum coverage. When I wore the panty, just the bottom of my bum cheeks hung out the bottom (in a sexy way, not a sloppy way). There is also a good size liner in the crotch area of the panty.

The material is absolutely lovely. It’s so very comfortable against the skin. The lace trim is also very soft against the skin. I don’t have any complaints of skin irritation while wearing the outfit. The care tag states that the outfit should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. The outfit should not be bleached or ironed.

Overall, I’m very happy with this outfit. My partner loves the way it looks on me and he said, “even the material feels sexy”. The outfit is sexy and also so comfortable that I would be happy to sleep in the outfit. I hope that more sizes become available so that everyone can enjoy this outfit as much as I do.

I still really love the bra and hipster. This set is one of the more comfortable outfits that I own. It's been a little over two months now since the original review and they have yet to add any other sizes other than the large and extra large. It's sad really because it's sexy and so darn comfortable. I'm still very happy with it.
