This has been the first time that I have purchased anything by DreamGirl. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in the mail. It came in a box wrapped in plastic and hanging from a hanger. I was very happy that they had packed and shipped it so nicely. I was even more surprised when I took it out of the plastic and saw that it was made really well. The heart print chemise and thong is a set that comes in two pieces: the chemise and the thong. They both are made of nylon and spandex. They are fairly soft with some stretch to them. It did have some cling to it which could be attributed to the fact that I would have been more comfortable in a size XL. Instead I purchased a large by comparing my size with DreamGirl's chart sizes and found that it was somewhat accurate to my actual size.

The chemise is the heart of the whole outfit, no pun intended. It is much larger and mostly covers up the thong. The majority of the chemise is deep red with little black hearts on it somewhat resembling a lady bug. The top and bottom seams have black ruffles but the top ruffles don't run all the way around and stop near the armpits. It has adjustable bra straps in the back. The front of the bra straps are quite lovely. They are two smaller straps that meet just below the shoulder with a little black bow on it. It is entirely sheer but the deep red color does help give some extra coverage. I would change one thing, the length. Most of the time I had it on, my butt and thong were sticking out. Not necessarily a bad thing, just a personal preference.

The thong is not my favorite in this set but it does have some nice qualities. It is only a string that runs around your sides but the best part is that the red and black heart material used in the chemise run the whole length of the thong. Front to back, not just string like so many other thongs have. It also has some extra material on the actual inside crotch for extra coverage.

The thong and chemise have tags on the insides that I ended up cutting off because they were driving me nuts.
Other than that this is a great lingerie set for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion/holiday or if you are looking to spice things up. It is sexy without being slutty.

I would recommend hand washing this set with warm water and soap. I would not put it in the washer or dryer. It is well made but might not withstand machine washing/drying. I would hang it and allow it to air dry. Do not use bleach because that will ruin it.

I wore this on a warm spring night, when my husband and I spent a night in a hotel after a friend's wedding. The weather was really nice so I able to wear it for, we'll just say fun, then to sleep. If it happens to be a freezing cold night, this will not keep you warm.

I still like wearing this from time to time. The only thing about this that I don't like is that it isn't quite long enough to completely cover my butt. I usually will just pair it with different panties instead of the thong that it comes with. I will usually wear a black lacy boy short as I prefer more coverage.
