This dress is a pretty awesome piece and one I really enjoy having my lingerie collection. It’s really too bad that it has been discontinued. I guess this review will have to serve those who might be considering buying it somewhere else. Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll bring it back.

So, the first, most important thing to know about this item is that it’s a “one size” or “one size plus” item. This means that the sizing is iffy at best. If you are plus size, one size plus items almost always run small. I’m generally an 18/20 in street clothes. This dress fits me but it fits very tight and very short.

It’s also worth mentioning that I have a very short torso. So any one of average height should expect this to fit more like a tank top than a dress. It doesn’t entirely cover my bottom but considering it’s lingerie, that’s ok with me.

The thong that came with it is laughably small. It’s almost like they include the same size thong no matter which size you order. I often find that I have little or no use for panties when wearing lingerie anyway so this was not a problem for me. Besides, any coordinating piece of underwear will work.

So far, despite looking lacy and delicate, I have found this piece to be pretty durable despite some hard wearing and tugging from partners. I always go into these things with the intention of lovingly hand washing and hanging my lingerie to dry. The reality is that I always end up tossing this in the wash on gentle cycle and drying it on delicate and keeping my fingers crossed that it survives. So far, so good with this piece!

Despite being lacy, there is a ton of stretch and the material is very soft and comfy. Lace has a tendency to be itchy so I was very pleased that a tight fitting piece that sits right against my skin was actually very comfortable to wear!
So, affordable in general, comfy, durable, stretchy, and totally hot on. What more can you ask from a piece of lingerie?

I've gotten a surprising amount of use out of this but that is mainly because it became a favorite of a now former partner. It's very comfy and much more durable than expected. Mine is starting to show some wear with little holes in the lace but it's been through some rough play.
