Sadly, this corset is packed back in its box and being returned tomorrow. It ripped the very first time I put it on. All excited for Valentines Day, I ordered this corset with a little bit of role play plans (if has anyone played a lot of Mortal Kombat they get the picture). I got the shipment very quickly and opened the box to have a look. Inside, packed in a clear bag was the purple Tesa`s Sweetheart Corset with a tag attached (same corset, different color than above). When I pulled it out of the bag, I was first struck by how thin and flexible it was. Also, the stitching was pulled in places and just poor in others.



I have to admit that the color was striking. A perfect purple for the outfit I had in mind (big smile and wink). I ordered a size 38 and found it very roomy. The cup size says one size fits most, which worried me, but it seemed to not be a problem. The corset has a side zipper and the material is polyester, as is the cord for the lacing I believe. The lacing cord is very rough and thick. I love the fact that it has a privacy panel in the back for behind the laces; I find that much more attractive.

When I took the corset out of the bag, I noticed it was very soft and shiny. It has a slight smell to it; the fabric has that strong polyester smell that most things have when they are new. There is no under wire in this corset and the boning bends very easily. So, if you are a heavy chested lady, I would suggest a strapless bra.

As I said in the beginning of the review, the corset ripped the first time I put it on. I unzipped the corset with a little difficulty and put it on, finding it very roomy but hard to zip back up as well. Bracing myself for a little tugging and pulling, I had my husband start to tighten me up. No sooner had we gotten it to the point where it started to even hug my body...RIPPP! The seam at the zipper ripped.



On the positive side, before the epic ripping of the seam, I noticed it looked very nice on me and that my smaller breasts fit in the cups well.

Although I do not have the corset any longer, I was very satisfied with the way the situation was handled.
