The Silken soiree garter slip and thong is very comfortable, especially if worn for long periods of time. The material doesn't make you sweat as much as I thought it would. On the contrary, it actually stays quite cool even in 'hot' situations. However, I did find a small drawback to this item (and probably with most lingerie not intended for plus size women). The cups did not hold me well. However, my husband does not seem to mind at all. The cleaning instructions on this product recommend that you should only hand wash it. I found that you can put it in the washer on delicate, and then just hang it to dry rather than putting it in the dryer.
