Ever had an outfit feel so good on you or look so good on you that you found yourself dancing around or twirling the skirt or singing songs? Perhaps you were even doing all three?

After trying on this tonight, I was dancing through the main area of the house singing, "In the jungle..the mighty jungle...Hot'N Sexy Rawrs Tonight..." I'll save you the additional sound effects from the song as I really can't sing it that well.

Of course, this outfit would arrive on a night when my hubby (who shall probably be called "Sarge" from here on out since he loves that nickname) is out of town.

Oh well - that leaves me time to review it for you...if I can be convinced to take it off for measurements.

What it is … how to wear it

This is a babydoll with G-string underwear. I recommend it for the bedroom but if I was 20 years younger, a lot smaller and braver, I'd want to pair this with some leggings and wear it around the house at least. Oh wait...it's MY house, I can do that anyway...as long as our son isn't visiting!

I admit it - I love Coquette's padded hangers. They always make me feel spoiled.

Material & Care

The tag states that this is made of 90% nylon and 10% spandex. It also states that this should be handwashed only and hung to dry. As I look at this, I am going to treat it like I do several of my other lingerie items with this fabric combination and that is to wash it in the washing machine on gentle cycle with cool water and then hang it to dry.


Design, Sizing & Fit

According to the sizing chart, my bra should be 42-44D, my waist 34"-36" and my hips 44"-46". I should wear sizes 14-16 in clothing. I will explain below why I chose this size even though I am clearly larger in the waist and hips than what is recommended.

I am currently 265 pounds, wear 18-24 tops, wear 44D bra, with a waist of 49”, hips of 57” and a torso of 18-19” long.

From my prior experiences with Coquette, I find that the 1x/2x cups are frequently too large for me. As I looked at the design of this outfit and observed how the skirt flared out, I decided to disregard my waist and hip measurements and just go by my bust size. I am VERY pleased that I did that and it was the right choice for this babydoll.

This is a halter style top. The nylon band at the top is 6" long followed by 15" of ribbon for a total of 21" (on each side) to tie this up into a halter. The nylon at the beginning felt like it was giving me good support and I didn't feel like my 44D boobs were left hanging.

In addition, there is a bra-style closure at the back with three settings for the two hooks that fasten the bra. You are seeing me wearing it at the loosest setting and it was a tiny bit of a stretch at first but once we got it hooked, it was fine. As it turned out, I had to adjust "the girls" a bit for a better fit.

The G-string is your typical "butt-floss" g-string. The fabric is 4" wide at the top and is 11" long. I did not even bother to try it on.

Comfort and Final Thoughts

This is one of the most comfortable pieces of lingerie that I've bought from Eden Fantasys. Unlike chemises which can fit so close that they feel like a second skin, this one sort of drapes off your body and covers the majority of your figure flaws while doing so. I am not a big fan of the keyhole opening in the back, however, that is a small problem compared to how sexy this piece makes me look and feel.

From 1 to 5 on the comfort scale, in spite of the fact it has a hook and eye bra closure and is halter style, I still give this a 5 or higher. I didn't want to take it off to get the measurements for the review.
