The toy was a bit bigger than I expected when I took it out of the box. This was due to the fact that the "nubs" inside the toy are long making the overall size a bit larger. This did not turn out to be a concern or problem during use, it just was a bit of a surprise. Like its counterpart sleeve wand attachment, it's package in a simple plastic wrap that allows you to see and open it very quickly.

My first use was very straightforward as a solo session. I applied a good amount of lube to the toy after attaching it to the wand and placed it over my head before turning on the wand. I used a standard plug-in Hitachi wand which provided a lot of powerful vibrations. The longer nubs inside the toy combined with the intensity of the wand provide a great amount of stimulation around the head. This brought me to a strong orgasm fairly quickly unless I turned the toy off.

As with the counterpart sleeve wand attachment that I own, I decided to also use it in a later experience with my partner taking control of it. It was nice to not have to hold the toy to feel the sensations but I do like the sleeve attachment better for partner play since they can add stroking to it. Since this has no opening there isn't much additional things a partner can do with it.
