A Nubby and Squishy Experience

I really wanted to love this toy, but it is a little to large for my anatomy and using it internally was uncomfortable. External use was just splendid though, I really enjoyed it. For me, this was more of an "appetizer" toy, not the main course.

Use

I was very excited to try the Tickler Vibe from Cal Exotics. After receiving it in the mail, the size was a bit intimidating. This toy is designed to be used either externally or internally. After seeing it for the first time in person, I thought to myself, maybe I would only use it externally. However, the Thermoplastic Rubber is only a sleeve and may easily be removed revealing a basic vibrator underneath, which is much less intimidating.

Material / Texture

Tickler Vibe from Cal Exotics is made of Thermoplastic Rubber which has a slight odor, but it is not unpleasant. The toy has lots of ridges and nubs, which are very flexible and not hard at all. The various textures of the vibrator feel amazing. I sure advanced and novice sex toy users will enjoy the texture of this toy.

Design / Shape / Size

The size of the Tickler Vibe was a little but intimidating to me. I tried out internally anyway, I used plenty of lube but found it was a little too large for me to use it comfortably. The size might be better suited for more advanced users if you plan on using it internally. It is a little thicker than most vibrators I’ve used, but it is still small enough to easily store and hide.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls are very simple, just a single button on the bottom. There are 3 constant vibrating functions and 7 pulsating functions. You just press the single button to alternate though the various functions. I wish there was a separate off button, would make turning it off in a hurry much easier.

This is a fairly loud vibrator, anyone in the same room can easily hear it and maybe though a closed door if it is quiet enough. I would recommend playing music or turn on the TV if you don’t want to get caught using it.

This toy is waterproof and performed the same as it did out of the water.

Care and Maintenance

The Tickler Vibe cleans up easily with some antibacterial soap and water. Since the Thermoplastic Rubber is porous, you should use a condom when sharing. The Tickler Vibe is latex and phthalates-free, and is also hypo-allergenic. It can be used with water or silicone-based lubes.

Because of the jelly material is it made of, I am storing it alone. I rather be safe than sorry if it has a chemical reaction with any of my other toys.

Packaging

The Tickler Vibe comes in a very basic plastic box. I kept mine to store it in.

    Ok, I really like the orange on this, but I've got something almost the same in black and it was really uncomfortable for me too! I think this type of toy is geared for a very specific, pain-loving kind a person. Smile Thanks for the review!
