Tickler vibe - traditional vibrator discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Lovin' The Toys

At first, seeing the surprise assignment image, I was excited. It was jelly-ish, which I tend to like, it had bumps, ridges, and lots of texture. I'm big on texture. And after reading the description, it had multi vibrations, always a BIG plus. When the box arrived, I tore it open, as usual, excited to see what kind of joy it might bring. Standard clear box with some flashy graphics packaging. I do like these boxes better, as they are much easier to get into, and no cutting of packaging. As I slipped it out, the initial joy at the jelly turned to dismay. Actually, it's not jelly, it's TPR, but it feels like jelly to me. Inside, it was HARD! This is not a flexi type vibe. It's a hard classic vibe with a sleeve on it. Well, that was a disappointment, personally.

But what the heck, I'm up for fun anyway. So I hunted down some fresh batteries. Before getting to it, I washed it off good. It was a bit slick, with mold release, or some other kind of oily/ slippery stuff. Not hard to clean, especially because it is waterproof. Just get the top on tight and wash it up. TPR isn't super porous, like Cyberskin, but it is porous, so if you plan on sharing, us a condom, because swapping germs isn't good. This can NOT be cleaned in boiling water, just mild soap or toy soap. And because of the ridges, nubs and such, do a thorough job because there are lots of nooks and crannies.

Ok, batteries in, and click. Nice hum. And quite strong. Ok, let's get to it. For the size of the image of this vibe, it doesn't look all that big. And even in your hand, it's not enormous feeling, but let me tell you, it's not as mid size as it looks. It's the head. It's quite bulbous. It's not one of those slick tapered heads, or bullet shape even. And for all of the squishiness previously mentioned, it just doesn't go in all that easily. Use lube. Let me repeat, USE LUBE. Get yourself warmed up by running the ridges and nubs on your clit. They do feel delicious. The TPR is quite soft, so you won't get that over-stimulated feeling, or even pain, from too rigid ridges. Try some different speeds. It's not just slow, medium, fast, it has pulses, it has peaks, it really is nice. There is one speed that is especially nice with all of the combined options. You never know what's next, unless you try to pay attention, and well, who is paying attention at this point?

Once I got going, the different textures on this vibe really turned me on. There just aren't that many options for all of the ridges and bumps that this toy offers. I really think the TPR material is the reason for this. Too often the ridges or bumps are just too hard and become uncomfortable. These are soft, but not too soft as to not be felt, and not hard enough to be negative.

This is a great toy if you like the traditional feel of the solid vibe. Eventually I took off the sleeve, and I don't know whether it was supposed to come off or not. But as much as the ridges were great, the stiffness of the interior vibe was too much for me. I did love the vroom, so I use this as a clit vibe now, and am quite satisfied with it.

After a bit of having this toy, I removed the sleeve, although I don't know how much it was really intended to be removed. I have found that the solid vibe inside is pretty great for those times you just want sensation, a lot of sensation. The motor in this vibe is strong and feels fabulous. The "sleeve" also works well, just on a different toy. I put it on a flexi thin vibe I had, and now I have 2 fantastic new toys!
