The Powerpack takes 4 Aa batteries that are not included. The pack has four buttons to control four bullets that can be connected to the power pack at the top. There are two bullets connected to one insert piece. One cord goes into one side and the other cord plugs in next to it. Both cords do not have to be used at the same time. You can use one set of two bullets or use all four bullets at once. There are a total of ten patterns: vibrations 1, 2, and 3; pulsate, surge, intra surge, intermittent, roller coaster, and gradient burst. These ten functions can be controlled by using the four buttons on the control pack. The top buttons move the patterns up and the bottom buttons move the patterns back down and then off. You can keep all bullets at the same setting or set them to different ones up to a combination of 100 different stimulations.

The vibrations are powerful and I would not consider the first setting low. It starts at a medium level. If extremely sensitive, you may not be able to handle this kit. There are four bullets and they run off four batteries and it can get a bit noisy. It won’t be heard through a door, unless however the bullets land on a hard surface. Then be prepared for some noise. I made the mistake of placing the batteries in the power pack and then plugging in the bullets while they were still in the case and turned it on. It was so loud, it made me jump.

The best suggested use for this set would be for couples. Mix it up with adding in a blindfold and some handcuffs or restraint system. The power of this toy is great for tie up situations. I also recommend this set for solo play for women. If you really like bullets, the Ultimate Couples Kit features very powerful and durable bullets that I see lasting quite some time. There aren’t any pieces that are specific for the males. My take on it, the set allows the man to pleasure the woman. The cock ring can be used as a couple, but I do not see any solo use out of it for just males.

On to the attachments. Let’s start with the cock ring. The ring is really durable and has two ticklers on each end to obviously tease the clitoris and anus on a women. Underneath the ticklers there are two rings where the bullets can be placed to add vibration. If you don’t move around a lot, this ring will work. If you plan to move from position to position I wouldn’t use this. It is attached to cords and tangling occurs very easily. The cords on the bullets, I would say, are about two feet long so there isn’t too much wiggle room. Another issue with the ring is that it is made of very strong Rubber. It hardly stretches and has a diameter of about an inch. If you have a penis any bigger, sorry this isn’t going to fit because it has no give and won’t stretch. We were able to use the ring by using just the ticklers on me, but my partner wasn’t actually able to wear it. The kit also comes with 3 pretty standard head attachments. There is a rabbit, suction, and curved attachment. They are carry vibrations throughout them very well and work best for clitoral stimulation. The last two attachments are nipple clamps. The carry vibration as well and feature tensions. They can be worn comfortably with just teasing vibration or can be adjusted by unscrewing the tension and making them tighter. Even with the tensions all the way up, the clamps didn’t seem painful to me. I enjoyed using them and the vibes felt great but if you are looking for a pinch, they just don’t have it.

As for materials, most is plastic. The only pieces that are not plastic are the cock ring and tips of the three clitoral attachments; these are rubber. I recommend cleaning all pieces with warm soapy water, rinse, air dry, and store in their included case. The case is big enough for all pieces. It does also have a plastic insert to hold all the pieces. If you don’t want to use this, you can remove it to allow more space for possibly some lube, condoms, or other accessories.
