I'll admit it. The first thing that captured my attention about this vibrator was the tattoo design on it. I was shopping for a good G-spot vibe when I spotted this wild one. I was skeptical at first. My experience with hard plastic vibes hasn't been all that pleasant, and the last one I owned broke when I put the batteries in it. All the same, this thing looked promising, so I waited patiently for the black version to come back in stock and ordered it.

I was not disappointed at all. This vibe has proven to be more enjoyable than a more expensive G-spot vibrator I purchased previously!

The Inked G-Vibe is hard plastic with a nice satiny soft finish. The surface is smooth with little to no texture, and it feels nice to the touch. Some may need a bit of lube because of the finish, but I found myself able to do with just my natural juices. The smoothness may be a blessing for those who are turned off by excessive texture on some vibes, and it certainly lets you hone in on the G-spot stimulation.

The tattoo detailing is smooth with a bit more of a shiny/slippery finish, but the difference between it and the base plastic isn't jarring at all. The images shouldn't come off too easily with normal use. Just be careful not to scratch it when storing and cleaning it.

The design is what led me to the toy to begin with. There were several rather ordinary looking G-spot vibrators available, and this certainly would have blended in with them if it weren't for the tattoo graphics printed on the shaft. This vibrator is available in both pink and black, but the ink is the same design for both colors.



The shape is a typical G-spot vibrator shape, with a nicely angled head at the end of the straight shaft. It's not too girthy, and it has enough length to accommodate most women's anatomy. The problem I have with my other G-spot vibrator is that it's simply not the right size. I don't have that problem with the Inked G-Vibe!

Being a fan of glass also, I appreciate the rigidity of the plastic. It helps me find and hit my G-spot more easily, and the lack of give feels delicious. If you don't mind a toy that won't bend, then you'll like this.

The absolute best thing about this vibrator is the fact that it's waterproof!

The controls are pretty basic on this. The knob to turn on the vibrator and adjust the intensity is also the same cap you use to add or remove the batteries. There are several levels of intensity, and even the lowest is really strong. The vibrations are centered at the tip for good G-spot stimulation, but transfer well throughout the plastic.

This toy is waterproof which is a definite plus! I've not submerged the vibe, but I have used it in the shower. In fact, this just may become a staple in my showering routine. The nice thing about using a sex toy in the shower is the easy cleanup!

The Inked G-Vibe is NOT quiet even on its lowest setting. Being discreet with this will be a challenge if you live with people that you don't want listening in on your fun times. It feels good enough that you might have a hard time being discreet yourself!

Since I use this in the shower, keeping it clean is easy. I just soap it up and rinse it off with the hot shower water. It's very easy to clean The smooth surface means there's not a lot for things to get caught in. However, the control knob does have little ridges on it that you may want to keep an eye on. Be sure to keep them clean!

The toy takes two AA batteries which are not included. Storage of the vibe is simple since it isn't too large. You could keep it in your sock drawer easily.

The packaging was clear, with basic information about the toy on it. The instructions looked like generic ones that were made to be included with multiple types of toys. The battery insertion instructions showed diagrams of several types of vibrators. Thankfully, there was a paper insert inside the battery compartment which proved to be useful in explaining which direction the batteries go in. It also seems to serve the purpose of making the vibe not quite as loud as it could be. The packaging really wasn't what I would consider reusable, but, as mentioned above, storage shouldn't be too big of a problem.

I'm including a photo to show the size of the Inked G-Vibe, compared to a Mr. Softee and a Vamp dildo. As you can see, there is a fair amount of usable length, but the girth is fairly slender. This isn't an intimidating toy, and I believe it would be fine for a G-spot beginner. The only thing that may be a con for some folks is the rigid plastic.

I must admit, the build quality on this has felt a lot more solid than the last plastic vibe I had. The previous one (a different kind all together) broke as soon as I put the batteries in. I was hesitant with this as I feared the same considering the price, but it has worked really well for me. Still, I'm going to be careful with it just in case.

I'm normally more of a "no vibes" type of woman. Most of them leave me feeling unsatisfied, and I'm not huge on excessive clitoral stimulation anyway. I prefer penetration. That being said, this toy has made me go back on my "no vibes" rule. The vibrations, being centered at the tip, were perfect for hitting the right spot.
