Don't iTap too hard

Overall, the iTap is a good addition to your vibrator collection. The five different vibrations and strong motor make this a fun toy to use. The controls leave little to be desired.

Too easy to accidentally change settings, appears cheaply made, not waterproof.

Use

Bullet vibes are my wife's favorite type of toys. She was so excited when the iTap arrived. What makes the iTap unique is the one button 'touch me' spot on the controller. Instead of turning a dial or pushing a button forward or backwards to increase or decrease the speed or vibrations, you just touch the iTap's 'touch me' spot and it changes settings.

We used a water based lube since the iTap is made of plastic, the box also reminds you to use a water based lube.

Later you will read about our problems with the controls, because of the controller we found sexytime was better with two people instead of alone.

To get my wife in the mood, I turned on the iTap to each of the five different vibrations and slowly moved the bullet over her nipples, down past her navel and down around her vagina. She told be she enjoyed the settings that had the constant vibrations, instead of, in her words, herky jerky, vibrations.

Material / Texture

The iTap seems to be like any other bullet vibe my wife has in her toy box. In my opinion you want to be careful with it because it would be easy to break the controller. I also think you could easily break off the batter door when putting in new batteries.

Since the bullet is 'plated' according to the box, I am worried the silver will eventually rub or flake off in places you don't want it to.

Design / Shape / Size

Not much you can say about the actual design or shape of the iTap bullet vibe, its shape is exactly what you would expect. There is a large seam around the middle of the bullet, if it were to break, that is probably where it is going to happen.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Being a computer geek I was excited to learn about the iTap's touch controls until I tried it on land and with my wife. The 'touch me' spot is very sensitive, meaning it is very easy to switch between the five different and distinct vibration patterns. There were many times when I was holding the bullet against my wife's pussy and accidentally brushed up against the 'touch me' spot and changed the pattern. May not be a problem for some, but my wife did not like all of the vibrating patterns.

This toy is not waterproof, and my wife was not thrilled about that. With her other bullet / egg vibes she likes to insert the bullet into her pussy, set the control down and let her hands roam over her stomach, breasts and nipples while she enjoys the vibrations. She did not feel comfortable inserting the iTap for fear it would short out inside her.

Care and Maintenance

Care and maintenance should be fairly easy. You can't submerge it in water so a soapy wash cloth will work. Another option is using prepackaged toy cleaning wipes.

That's a pretty big remote for that little thing. Good review, though.
