Dual bullets disc - bullet discontinued by Shaki Toys - review by Officer Oddy

The Dual Bullets from Shaki Toys are two bullets that can be used together or just one at a time. Each bullet is plugged into the controller (the plugs are similar to the ones on headphones or microphones that plug into your computer). One of the plugs on my toy stopped working the second day I had it. But the other works just fine, and I love it. I wouldn't have had much use for two bullets anyway. I'm not a huge nipple-stimulation lover (unless a man is doing it for me), and using the other bullet internally wouldn't be very pleasurable to me.

This toy was the free gift a few weeks ago, and I added it to my order out of curiosity. I'm shocked at how much power bullets and pocket rockets have in them. I'm learning to appreciate them more, especially through this toy.

The actual material is hard plastic, but it is coated with a very smooth material. There is one horizontal seam on each bullet. The wires are covered with a transparent hot pink plastic and are a good length. They're not going to get in the way or be way too short: they're just the right length.

The controller is made of the same hard plastic and is covered in the same smooth material. It is rectangular with rounded edges. The Shaki Toys logo is found on the center bottom of the toy in black and white. The controls of the toy are found on the top center of the controller. The two buttons are circular: one ring and one solid circle. The ring button encircles the solid circle. The ring has one up arrow at the top and a down arrow at the bottom of the ring. The solid circular button is concave (dented) to fit the curve of the thumb and has a black "7" in the center of the dent. The 7 indicates the number of functions.

I like the design of the toy. I wish both of the inputs worked, though. The size is convenient; it easily fits into a purse. It's very light, and both bullets are detachable. It's definitely a toy for beginners who might not want to explore internal stimulation just yet but who might be curious about it in the future.

Here's the thing: I think I got a toy that isn't quite working right. I'm sure not all the toys have the same kind of problems as mine does. I think I may have gotten a dud—not in the sense that it doesn't turn on at all (because it does work), but in the sense that the features just don't work right. Yours may not have the problems mine does, so keep that in mind when you're reading this.

My toy's controls act odd. Pressing the 7 (the center button) makes the toy turn on, and then pressing the up arrow cycles through the patterns, which is all normal.

But the down arrow simply turns the toy off rather than going backwards through the different functions.

And sometimes pressing the center button (while the toy is on) causes the toy to cycle through one or two more functions before turning off, assuming you press the button multiple times to try and turn it off.

So you can see how it's not fair to give the toy a bad rating just because this toy isn't built the way it was supposed to. Something either got left out or misplaced inside the toy. It's not the toy's fault it acts weird.

Now, the vibrations are quite nice. They were quite powerful, which really surprised me. As I said above, I'm really shocked at how powerful small bullets and other toys can be.

There are seven functions. There's the usual low, middle, and high progression. Then, the toy also has various pulsing and rising patterns, which are quite nice (I prefer the pulsing ones).

One complaint is that the toy gets kind of hot after only a few minutes of use—not blisteringly hot or anything but certainly enough to be concerned about whether or not you're hurting the toy. However, I'm sure this can be explained by the other things wrong with the toy, like the buttons not working right.

The bullets are waterproof, but the controller is not, so do NOT get the controller wet. Since the controller can't get wet, I don't recommend this toy for bath or shower use. The bullets can be cleaned with warm water and soap.

The toy takes two AAA batteries, which are placed into the battery compartment on the back of the toy (there is no writing on the back of the toy).

Water-based lubricant should be used with this toy, but silicone and oil lubricants are also able to be used with this toy (do NOT use oil lubricants internally).

My overall experience with this toy was a pleasant one, despite the strange controls and only one bullet that was able to be used. I like this toy, and I plan to keep using it for as long as I can. I'm just not sure if I would buy another one and have it act like this.
