Le Wand Dive is the most beautiful wand I own, and I own quite a few wands. Ticks all the boxes I could've ever wanted, & gets a 11/10 score in terms of aesthetics. Powerful, rumbly, waterproof, silicone, rechargeable... what more could someone ask for?
Le Wand Dive arrived in a plain package, along with seven other toys, including the Thrill Wand. But my excitement for it was out of this world. This was the wand I've wanted ever since I heard of its release. I've been waiting for EdenFantasys to stock it, and it was finally in my hands!
From the get-go, it screamed *luxury*. I have a thing for ocean and water-themed things, so the waves on the side (photo further down) that accent the handle speak to me on a personal level. The box it came in is gorgeous, and inside, it's held by a plastic mold to keep it safe. I had no idea that it would come with such a lovely, plush storage baggie. Part of me just expected it to be only the wand. Unlike most other toys, Le Wand Dive did not come pre-charged; not even a little, and part of me panicked. But once it got some juice, all was well.
Inside the box we get the wand, instruction manual, a USB cable, and the storage baggie. Everything matches in terms of color, and I'm head over heels in love, in absolute adoration of this shade of blue.
I didn't intend to actually "use" this wand when I first started it up. It was more of a "I'm gonna just turn it on for fun, see if it works as advertised, and then go back to what I was doing," kind of thing. Dear reader, I couldn't pull this thing away from myself; it was so pleasant. You see, I've owned quite a handful of wands, most of which I discard or give away after a few uses. None of them, not even the ones that I keep and dub my "favorites" were able to make me cum on their own. Not with Le Wand's Dive. And the best part of it was that I'd gone into this thinking I'd just mess around. But Dive doesn't mess around.
Pants and underwear half-off, Dive elicited a short, shuddering orgasm from me within some five minutes. It wasn't earth-shattering or like one of my lovely lengthy ones, but it *was* an orgasm nonetheless - one that was pulled out of me without any assistance from a dildo or any other toy. Once the aftershocks passed and I got over the fact that I had, in fact, finished with JUST a wand, I couldn't help but sit there dumbfounded. Good stuff, Dive. Good stuff.
Further experience was a repeat of the first. This wand seems to be "the one" that can rip orgasms out of me at the drop of a hat, while others continue to need assistance (in the form of a dildo). The battery stays alive for quite a long time, the handle mutes the vibrations excellently, and overall I'm very happy with it.
Knowing all this begs the question - which of my wands do I like the most?
Le Wand Dive takes the lead across all the important markers: strength, rumbliness, aesthetics, and how much vibration travels into the handle.
Maximus (review) used to be my favorite, but now it's tied with the Thrill Wand (review coming soon, see profile) in terms of strength and design/waterproof-ness.
The Hitachi, while powerful and outright amazing on its own, takes last place ONLY because it's not waterproof and I'm scared to actually use it to its full potential.
Additionally, the Le Wand Dive surpasses the Hitachi (and Maximus, which is stronger then Hitachi) in terms of strength and rumble quality. I really love this wand.
Le Wand Dive's vibrations are 100% rumbly, and I'm utterly in love with their quality. If I were to pick one single wand to serve me for eternity, it would be this one. It's strong, waterproof, silicone, and it doesn't make me go numb as quickly as cheap ones do. It serves perfectly as a massager for sore neck muscles, too.
Thankfully those powerful vibrations do not travel much into the handle, and it doesn't bother me to hold it for a longer period of time. While the Le Wand Dive has patterns, I could honestly care less about them. If you need them to finish, they exist.
Although I sing praises for Le Wand Dive throughout this review, orgasm intensity is kinda average. Nothing insanely out of this world. I've learned to "chase the feeling" of orgasm better, but the earth-shattering ones continue to elude me with this wand. I love using it in tandem with dildos, as well as with a pressure-wave clit toy. To do that, press the wand against the dildo, and hold the pressure-wave toy to yourself. That in itself is divine.
