~~Just...Too Much!~~

Too Much was just...too much for me! After loving the Joy Pad, I was very excited to order this one, but the size, powerful motors and texture ridges completely overwhelmed me. I cannot take it--but that does not mean you guys can't! For those who love big toys with big features--this one's not going to be Too Much...

Use

Too Much is made for those who like very large and in charge vibrators! There are 2 very powerful, very deep, rumbly motors--a large diameter, textured shaft--and 10 patterns with 5 speeds per pattern. Talk about a fully loaded luxury car, err...vibrator! This one has all the options.

The curved shaft and tapered tip allows for more accurate G-spot stimulation, the ridges add a unique texture to the shaft and the very large diameter is made to fill you up. The one thing Too Much is NOT made for is anal penetration. There is no flared base to keep this from slipping in--even though you may be able to hold onto it very well--but that is your risk to take!

This can be used for vaginal penetration and external stimulation, couple play, clitoral stimulation, sensory teasing and perineal vibrations. The Too Much is recommended for those who like very strong and unique vibrations, an extremely full feeling upon insertion and texture lovers! In my opinion it is best suited for intermediate to advanced users due to the 'Too Much' stimulation this baby produces.

Material / Texture

Too Much is made of 100% Silicone, which is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, anti-bacterial, non-flammable and rates a 10 on the material safety scale. You can even sterilize it. Basically put, you can't get much safer than that!!

The silicone has a decent amount of drag that adds to the sensations. You will probably need a bit of water based lube to lessen the friction against your skin and prevent irritation. It is odor-free and tasteless, which adds to the appeal of this flexible, velvety soft material. Smooth, silky silicone is a highly desirable material that can have many different finishes, but is used on most luxury vibrators and other items.

The texture of the silicone is enhanced by the vibrations and the shape of the vibrator. When you add all three together--wow! It is one heck of a bit Too Much!
    • Bumpy
    • Flexible
    • Not porous at all

Design / Shape / Size

The Too Much vibrator by Dorcel was just that--too much for me! It measures a full 8 1/4" long and you can safely insert about 6". The diameter at the rounded tip is 1 1/2", shrinking to 1 1/4" on the thinner areas of the shaft between the ridges. The ridges have a diameter of 1 5/8"!!

The tip resembles a penis head, is slightly curved for G-spot stimulation and the shaft has 3 prominent ridges on the underside. Not exactly realistic, but close enough to get noticed as a vibrating sex toy if it is seen. I would also suggest that those who are intimidated or turned off by realistic toys may want to double check the shape of this one--since it is reasonably phallic shaped, though in an abstract manner.

Traveling...may be interesting. Remove the batteries if you decide to bring Too Much with you. Find a secure area in your luggage to stash this super-sized vibrator--and good luck! I would not bring this with me unless driving to my destination, but there are many who are much braver than me!

Size Queens--rejoice! This one is for you...it is definitely Too Much vibrator for many others. The large size and powerful dual motors makes this a very formidable item for many beginners. I know if it would have been one of my first toys--I would not have tried any more. This one would have scared the Hell out of me! The large size is something you could warm up to using--but for a newcomer to the toy world, the controls and two motors would have been frustrating and too powerful to handle.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Too Much has two individual motors that are very powerful and rumbly. The motors do penetrate depending on how well this works for your anatomy. I was not able to get all the benefits--it was a bit too large and long for full on penetration, thrusting and flexing. It will work for many others, but since I am lacking the length and stretch due to having my cervix removed many years ago, it just did not fit me at all!

There are 5 speeds which are accessed by pressing the '+' button. You also use this button to turn the Too Much on and the speeds are adjustable at any time during other patterns. There are 10 patterns which are accessed by using the 'up' and 'down' buttons. To progress forward to the next pattern, press up. To go back to a previous pattern, press down. To turn the speed down or the vibrator off, press the '-' button.

This takes 4 AAA batteries which are located in a battery pack inside the base. When replacing the battery pack, make sure the one flat area with no extruded seam is above the flat area on the inside. It is the only way the pack will fit inside the base. Replace the cap and you are ready for Too Much stimulation!
    • Discreet sound
    • Lots of variety in function
    • Powerful

Care and Maintenance

Wash thoroughly in warm, soapy water and rinse well. Make sure you clean around the base, the bottom of the head and the ridges very well to remove all residue. Let this air dry. It does not seem to be as huge of a lint magnet as other silicone, but will still grab and hold any lint that it comes into direct contact with.

I do recommend going back over the material with a high quality toy cleaner. You can also soak the silicone shaft in a mixture of 10% bleach to water, boil only the shaft for about 10 minutes or use a bit of rubbing alcohol to sterilize the material. Do NOT place in the oven or microwave, submerge in the boiling water or bleach or put it inside your dishwasher--these will ruin the motors inside the shaft sue to the heat!

Store this in a cooler, dark area that is separate from your other silicone items or softer materials. Some silicone materials could react with this material and cause it to deteriorate or may damage the finish. If that happens, the Too Much is not safe for future use.

Use only water based lube with this vibrator to keep the finish of the silicone from getting damaged or ruined.
    • Easy to clean

Packaging

Made by Dorcel, Too Much does not have too much packaging! The box is an ordinary cardboard box with a fold over flap covering the clear window on the top. Lift up the flap and see Too Much in all its glory! Too much is nestled in a formed, clear, plastic liner that pulls out of the box. The only other thing inside this box is a set of instructions.

The box clearly shows the Too Much in full color on the front, a naked woman on each side and a brief overview of the vibrator's high points on the back. There is also a diagram showing the location of the two motors inside the shaft.
    • Good for storage
    • Not discreet
    • Very informative

Personal comments

The patterns are: 1.Steady vibration - 2.Alternating pulses...both motors - 3.Alternating. Short shaft pulse to double pulse, longer pulse on tip...both motors. - 4.Alternating. Three pulses in both motors, long pulse in tip...both motors. - 5.Double pulse in both motors...no alternating. - 6.One long, three short pulses in both motors...no alternating. - 7.Double long pulse to single pulse to double burst both motors together...no alternating. - 8.Alternating. Even pulses in shaft, four bursts to 1 long in tip...both motors. - 9.Very powerful, penetrating rumble in both motors...no alternating. - 10.Very high, fast vibrations in both motors...no alternating.

The motors are found about an inch apart and are in the middle areas of the shaft. The tip does resonate well from the vibrations and the flex and bounce is very complimentary to the styles of vibrations in Too Much. I do have to admit, though I loved them in the Joy Pad--having them this close together in this one was just...Too Dang Much!! These have to be some of the most powerful and quietest motors ever!

Experience

Too Much was too much!! I am not going to subtract any stars for the size or power--otherwise I would have rated it at a 3 for my personal use rating. I am rating this for those who can take a bit more stimulation and texture.

This is a high quality vibrator with a reasonable price. If the features above are what you look for in a vibrator--it may be worth your time and money to try this out. The value versus the options and quality is very worthwhile and this could be a good deal for some of you. While not in the high, numbing speed as a Hitachi--the Too Much still rates in the top due to the dual motors and unique vibrations.
Follow-up commentary
I give in...this one is too much vibrator for me! If the girth was a bit smaller, I could possible handle it, but being a bit sore and numb afterwards...not for me!!

A 1.5" diameter toy is hardly for 'size queens'. IMO 1.75" is the low end of the range with real size queens preferring 2" or more. If it comes back in stock we may try it - thanks for the review.
