I went to my local toy store to pick up a few things last week and the True Love Honey Bunny caught my eye. As I chose between pink and purple, and held the display vibe in my hand, I pictured myself in bed, wildly thrashing around. The display vibe had no batteries in it, so all I had to go on was weight and feel, but hey, it was my first rabbit so I was simply excited.

The Honey Bunny turned out to be perfect for my solo romps; as of late, they are many. I can't see myself actually asking my husband to get in on this one with me. It's too long, and wide for me to think he'd be able to comfortably help during play time.

Jelly, ribbed, goodness. Well it's TPR (smooth like jelly, less porous than cyberskin, more porous than silicone, but you get the idea.) I like to think that when I get a new toy if anyone were to see the things I do to it before I use it, they might think I'm a little crazy. It's ritualistic. Smell, wash, smell again, taste, insert batteries, turn on, find different speeds, turn off, and then I turn myself on.

Toys like these may look clean, but they are porous, and can be little germ factories. I always store mine separately from each other, no batteries, and out of anything near warmth. I wouldn't want little grimy buggers, growing all over this thing. So for good measure, just as with all toys, make sure you are washing, before and after each use.

I used this with the only 2 lubes you can use on this toy, a water-based and a silicone-based. Warning: an oil-based lube would wreck this toy! I preferred the water-based lube. It seemed like the silicone-based lube was harder to clean off, but truly I think that lube was just not a good lube. I'll repost later when I try it out with the Pink lube I ordered this week.

There is something infinitely fun about a toy with it's own suitcase. I don't know, call me a girl, but I adore it. It's space saving, helps keep it clean, and keeps it locked up away from light, and air. It strikes me as a little resting place for my Honey Bunny to take breaks.
