The Legamento was actually at the bottom of my clitoral vibrator toy list in the beginning. My main reasons for putting it so low in the list was because it looked simple, was cheaper than most I was eye-ing up, the color didn't do a lot for me and there were no 5 star reviews. Even so, when it actually came to the time of purchasing one of these types of vibrators, it was a toss-up between the Legamento and the Better Than Chocolate. The BTC won and I've never regretted my decision, but still I couldn't get this one off my mind. Buying this toy was one of the best purchases I have made from Eden to date!


MATERIAL & ODOR:

The Legamento is a classy clitoral vibrator designed and developed in Germany by Close2You. It's made from non-porous TPR (thermoplastic Rubber) on the underside and ABS plastic upper, that does not give off any obnoxious odors of any kind. These particular materials are Hypo-allergenic, Phthalate and latex free which gains it a safety rating of 8 on Eden's website. Both water based and silicone lubricants can be use with these materials.


COLORING & TEXTURE:

Eden only sells this toy in the chocolate/tan (Cioccolato) at this stage, but it does also come in a lime green/yellow (Limone). The chocolate TPR underside has a very soft velvety feel that glides beautifully over the skin with little friction. For this reason, I found I didn't require lube at any time using this vibrator. The tan color on the top side is crafted from the smooth, matte plastic which makes it easy for gripping if you choose to move the toy around your clit. There is a rather prominent join between the TPR and the ABS, but I haven't felt this at all during playing.


CONTROLS & SHAPE:

This vibrator features two buttons which require firm pressure to operate, so there isn't any risk of accidentally bumping them during play. The smaller (top) button starts and stops the toy which is a bonus for those who may require an immediate off switch, in case of interruptions. The larger button takes the user through the variety of speeds and vibration patterns, listed below.

1. Steady vibration on the lowest setting.
2. Steady vibration on the medium setting.
3. Steady vibration on the highest setting.
4. Builds from a low to high vibration and then a brief pause.
5. Medium speed pulses.
6. Three escalating vibrations followed by three quick pulses.
7. Five very quick vibrations (almost feels like a solid vibration) followed by one long steady one.
8. One long vibration, one med vibration and then four quick pulses.


I'm impressed with the shape of this toy as it fits very comfortably in the palm of my hand. It's similar to a cake of soap with two different size nubs on the underside. The smaller of them is approximately 3/4” and the larger one is 1 1/4” in diameter. It measures 4” in length, 2 1/4” wide and weighs 5oz including the batteries. The design shape of this toy also fits my anatomy perfectly for hands free stimulation. It's discreet enough that if left out in plain view, most people wouldn't know what this was, unless they were knowledgeable on clitoral toys.


NOISE & POWER:

The Legamento requires 2 x AAA batteries – the first set have been provided free for you. There is a diagram to show exactly how the batteries are to be inserted. For a toy that runs on only AAA batteries, it's so powerful that I find it easy to orgasm on the lowest speed. For the first few times, the battery compartment is difficult to prise open. I required the help of a pair of tweezers to carefully open up one side before the rest of the cap was easy to pull off. Unfortunately when I was able to open it normally, as per the instructions, the tiny clip on the cap totally broke off. It's so tiny that any force will damage it. Never the less, the cap still fully closes and hasn't (YET) fallen off or come away at all from the toy while in use. The Legamento is very quiet and wouldn't be heard from a closed bedroom.


CLEANING:

The Legamento is fully waterproof which makes cleaning extremely easy. I put the waterproof feature to the test by totally submerging and taking it in the shower. No water was able to enter the battery compartment due to the black ring seal located in the cap piece. To wash, simply use anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner and warm water. TPR can not be sterilized by boiling so it's recommended that you don't share this toy.

STORAGE & PACKAGING:

This clitoral vibrator is packaged in a neat two draw jewelery box with a magnetic lid. When opened, it reveals the top draw where your new toy sits behind a sheet of clear plastic. The vibrator is nestled into dense foam which keeps her firmly held in place. The second draw houses the booklet which has a language for almost everyone – French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Polish, Portuguese and of course, English. It also displays a few other toys and accessories that Close2You has to offer. The Legamento comes with some bonus luxuries such as a sample tube of Glissando water based lubricant, purple cock ring, a cleansing wipe and a purple velvet drawstring pouch. I personally use the pouch for another toy as I love the jewelery type box for storing my Legamento on my dressing table for easy access.




EXPERIENCE:

I have only had this just over a week but have abused it like there's no tomorrow. It has even moved up above my Better Than Chocolate toy on my favorite toys list! Even with all the usage this toy has had, it's still going strong on the original set of batteries that came with it. I'm also lazy and never take the batteries out of my toys after each session. I enjoy the vibrations and size of the small numb. The Legamento can be used for hands free solo fun and due to the size it can be incorporated during intercourse to intensify the sensations.

I give this fantastic toy a rating of 5 out of 5 stars!

I'm still loving my motorized soap and still adore the cute jewelry type box it came in.
For some reason, it has gotten noisy compared to what it was when I first got it but I still can't help but enjoy the delicious vibrations it gives off.

I'm seriously considering buying another one and see if the noise grows in that one too. I'd love the green/yellow one!
