I was really excited to get this toy in the mail because I LOVE the idea of my boyfriend being able to control the vibrator with a remote while we're out.

The big gaping problem is-this vibrator doesn't do anything! I mean, it has 10 different settings of very loud but weak vibrations (that aren't exactly directed toward the clitoris or g-spot). The vibrations are (like I said), LOUD. I'm not sure if my boyfriend and I will even be able to use this for some discreet mischief because it's just so loud. Otherwise, I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it for masturbation either, because when inserted, it doesn't focus the vibrations on the g-spot.

This vibe MIGHT be good as a clitoral massager, but I would not suggest using this vibrator in conjunction with any other vibrating toys because its vibrations are so obnoxious. Using another vibrating toy would just make the noise worse and lead to some uncomfortable combinations of sensations. This toy COULD be used with a butt plug or other non-vibrating toys. It would be a decent idea to use it during forplay, but it is far too large to be used during intercourse. This vibe should also not be used as a butt plug as the retrieval string is very thin and would be uncomfortable and difficult to remove; it could get lost. The non-tapered shape also means that this toy would be very difficult to insert anally in the first place.

I've tried this toy a few times so far and I'm not really getting anything out of it. The most pleasure this toy provides is simply inserting it in the first place. This vibrator is difficult to operate. It doesn't always respond when the button on the remote is clicked (even from close distances). The clear and non-intimidating packaging says that the remote is effective at up to 30 feet, but I've had trouble with it at less than two. Another big problem is that there is no way for the person with the remote to know exactly which setting the vibrator is on, or to allow them to pick a specific setting.

When the remote and vibe communicate correctly, there is a short moment between the change in vibration patterns. The vibe is supposed to have 10 different settings (but there isn't a clear way to pick a specific one or know which one you're on). The first three are different intensities of steady vibrations, then the other seven are different patterns. I think the idea of the settings is that you can start with the steady vibrations and work your way up to more variety as you're feeling more pleasured. The first three settings would be good for clitoral stimulation.

The toy itself is very simply designed and is meant to be straightforward to use. I've had a lot of trouble adjusting to having the remote and how to turn it on/off, but once you get used to it, it's not that bad. I also wish that the vibrator itself was more attractive or had a tapered shape. It looks a bit like a tampon, and that is a big turnoff. The vibrator itself screws open into two halves so that you can put the batteries in. There is a seal that shuts when you screw the two halves back together, but it that doesn't always line up perfectly. This means that debris gets caught/attracted to this seam because the rest of the toy is completely smooth, BUT the vibe is still waterproof.

The vibe and remote are made of velvet-cote plastic (which is an 8 on the Eden materials safety scale) and the vibe is smooth. It doesn't have a distinct smell and shouldn't, because it's easy to clean. To clean it, just wash the outside of the waterproof vibe with either a toy cleaner or antibacterial soap and water. It can be cleaned very quickly and without much effort between uses. The plastic is food-grade, hypoallergenic, latex and Phthalate free. To store this toy long-term, I would advise removing the batteries.

The packaging on this toy is mostly clear and does not contain specific instructions. It's not intimidating and there are no nude people on it. There's a very short summary of its features and the packaging is very easy to open (great!). It also comes with the batteries you need, which is another small plus.
I feel like this toy is a really big disappointment and could be so much better made for its price. It's not very attractive, the vibrations are weak, the remote is difficult to control and the shape doesn't provide any pleasure.

I was thrilled to get this remote egg vibrator! I was ready to start using it, but had a lot of trouble figuring out whether or not I had the batteries in right. I go to use it for the first time, and it's uncomfortable. It's LOUD! It's hard to tell whether or not you've actually changed the setting with the remote! There isn't an easy switch to turn the vibrator off! It's hard to tell even what part of your body this vibrator is supposed to target!

I really wish it was more well designed, because I'd love this sort of thing.

The longer I have this vibe, the more disappointed I get. I haven't been using it nearly at all anymore and it's too unappealing/dysfunctional to even use as a couple together. I've got to say that I'm not planning on keeping this one and you'd be better off spending your $60 elsewhere.
