Utopia is a dual action vibrator. Dual action Vibrators are meant to vibrate at the shaft region, and rotate while providing clit stimulation. Many of the rabbit vibes have a rabbit shaped clit stimulator and a phallic shaft with rotating plastic or metal beads. They vary in materials and quality-most are jelly, the better ones are elastomer or even TPR. The pricier models have more patterns and features like oscillation or pulsating pattens.

Utopia is a soft pastel pink vibrator, that is a bit wider (5 inches in circumference, an inch and five eighths in diameter), and somewhat flatter than most vibrators in the shaft region. It's made of firm, soft, velvety silicone. It's odorless, matte textures, and has a somewhat pronounced head with contour lines that run down either side of the shaft for added sensation. Its design is very discreet, it is designed not to look like a phallus.

It is 10 1/2 inches long, half of the length is insertable. The bunny stimulator has soft ears that gently massage the clit. The bunny is situated close to the vibrator for maximum stimulation, and interestingly, the strongest area of vibration in Utopia is near the base. The vibrator's base is beveled, it can not stand on its base. The base has three buttons on it that are luminous when the vibe is turned on. The bottom button turns the vibe on or off, the middle button controls the clit stimulator. It has 7 functions. The first three are plain vibrations-from soft and light to full on. The next pushes after that yield pulsation and vibration patterns. One more push and the clit stim will stop. You can use the shaft rotation and clit stimulator independently of each other. The uppermost button has three levels of shaft rotation.

This vibrator (I hesitate to call it a toy, it appears to take itself very seriously) is easy to clean with soap and water or toy cleaner. Despite it being waterproof and silicone, I would not boil it. It is condom compatible, and I would only recommend water based lubes on this product. Its surface does not attract lint, and it can be stored in a plastic bag to keep it from melding into your other fine silicone products.

I found this vibrator's base easy to use and manipulate. It is an extremely quiet vibrator! It has a small degree of flexibility if you want to rock it back and forth inside you; but a G spotter it is not. Performance wise, the shaft is unbeatable, the vibrations are lovely near the entrance of the vagina, but the clit stimulator is a little too narrow to stimulate the labia as well - without some manipulation. This is an expensive vibrator, but it was worth it because it is well made. You can travel with it and not feel sleazy or silly .

I wish this had a little more power, but it's thick and velvety, and incredibly easy to clean. It could be improved with wider rabbit ears.
