The Ina Wave is my first LELO toy, and I was completely stunned by how gorgeous it is, right down to the packaging.



The external, Ina Wave-specific box was nothing to write home about, but the lovely black box in which the Ina was nestled is a true star. I'll be keeping it for storage, though LELO provides a satin storage pouch as well. In addition to the toy and the storage pouch, also included is the charger, a detailed instruction manual, warranty registration information, and a sampler of LELO's own lube.

The majority of the Ina Wave is made of silicone, a 10/10 on Eden's safety scale. The handle/control pad is ABS plastic, but the whole toy is 100% waterproof. Every single part of Ina is beautifully constructed and lovely to touch. I absolutely adore the blue color mine came in, though pink is available as well.

After about two hours of charging and a quick wash with soap and water, my Ina was ready to go. As I always do before using a new toy, I checked out the buttons and features first. While I initially worried that the 5-button controls would prove confusing, they are actually incredibly simple.



The middle button turns the Ina on or off (the LELO name lights up when on, which I found amusing). If you have to turn the toy off suddenly (or hit the middle button by mistake), it will remember where you left off when you turn it back on. The top and bottom buttons allow you to cycle through the modes. The left and right buttons increase or decrease intensity. One of the best things about the Ina Wave is that there are three separate components that you can control: the "waving" motion, the clitoral vibration, and the internal vibration. Just want the wave? You can do that. Clitoral stimulation only? You can have that. Internal only? Yep! All three? Sure! You can really customize your pleasure here, and find out what works best for you. LELO touts the Ina Wave as having 10 different vibration patterns/speeds, but it really feels like more than that to me.

My first experience with this toy was a solo bedroom session. With just a little bit of water-based lube, insertion was easy and the clitoral portion hit me just right. By pressing down on the clitoral arm slightly, I was able to increase the pressure, but this wasn't necessary on the higher intensities.

The Ina Wave is relatively quiet, but the loudest when the wave functionality is enabled (this is slightly muffled when it is inserted, but it was noticeably loud when I had it just out in the open to test the functions). If just the vibration modes are in use, it is very quiet (patterns sound slightly louder). It packs a punch, which makes this power girl very happy!

After further use, the Ina Wave continues to be a hit with me. I still have some experimenting to do with the different functions/combinations of vibrations, but this is a toy that I envision being a staple of my collection for a long time to come. I can't wait to try it in the bath!

I absolutely love the strength and the versatility of the Ina Wave's vibrations. Before buying this toy, I wondered if it would be worth the price tag. For me, it absolutely is! Just the "regular" dual stimulation features alone are fantastic, but the wave motion is something that I'm really excited about. With some work, I'm hopeful that Ina Wave will help me finally have a g-spot orgasm!

According to LELO's website, the Ina Wave can also be safely used anally, but make sure you use a condom/toy cover or strong (silicone safe) toy cleaner, because the toy cannot be boiled. Also, make sure you only use water-based lubrication with this.

I was able to have a "regular" orgasm after a few minutes of using the Ina Wave and that's certainly nothing to complain about, but I'd really like to have one of those blended climaxes LELO brags about it being able to give. Something to work towards! That being said, someone who has already found their g-spot and knows what they need to stimulate it properly will most likely not have the same issue.
