The Screaming O Vibrating Bullet is best used as a foreplay toy! It stimulates the clitoris very nicely, as well as nipples and other parts of the body. This is a very easy bullet to use. It has a soft push button at the bottom to turn it off and on. It comes with the batteries already installed, so when you get it home, give it a quick cleaning and take it for a test run. With it being waterproof, you can wash it down really well with antibacterial soap and hot water or with your favorite antibacterial toy cleaner, or you can wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol.
