This high quality streamline vibrator has an upturned tip for g-spot stimulation. I didn't find this tip stimulating my g-spot too much; the angle was wrong. However, that tip makes this is one of my favorite clitoral vibrators. The girth is filling but not overwhelming. The silicone is soft and matte so I recommend using your favorite water-based lube when using internally.

I'm going to include "anal" as a tag because it is fun to tease the anal opening with the tip. It's about the size of a finger or pointed tongue. However, I can't say it's anal safe because it lacks the flared base.

The sound could be quieter, it does emit quite a noticeable hum during use. I only need the first level of vibration to orgasm, though it features multiple levels of vibration and a few different patterns. Because these levels and patterns have been mentioned in multiple reviews before this one I won't be detailing them here.

The controls are simple enough, a '+' and '-' button control the vibration intensity as well as the modes. Hold the '-' down a few seconds to turn the toy off. Hold the '+' to turn the toy on. When you first turn it on it starts a higher vibration but immediately decreases to a lower level.

It's covered in a smooth somewhat matte silicone with a hard plastic base. One thing about silicone is that it never comes out of the toybox feeling cold and if you warm it under some hot water, it can feel very realistic. And silicone is one of the safest and longest-lasting materials you can purchase; especially on this toy because it features antimicrobial properties, meaning it helps clean itself.

The only thing that bothers me about the material is that the different whites don't match. The shaft and the plastic battery cap are pretty close in color but the band is a much brighter white. The shaft is eggshell, the band is pure, bright white. I know, I'm crazy! It's just one of those things that bugs me.

Again, I recommend using a water-based lube but some people may not need it. If you use this strictly for clitoral stimulation, as I do, then you won't need a lube unless you just prefer how it feels.

I can't smell or taste anything on this toy now and I couldn't when I first pulled it out of the package.

I really like the shape of the tip. That little tip is akin to a fingertip or pointed tongue tip which is incredibly awesome for pinpoint stimulation.

However, the little tip isn't so good for g-spot stimulation. For me, anyways. All the stimulation I get from this toy is due the somewhat large girth.

The tip is easy to center in the right spot though, as the controls are located along the shaft right under it.

This toy is wonderfully minimalistic and almost reminds me of an Apple product. It just has this awesome modern feel that luxury brand toy designers are using and it feels just as luxurious in use.

I don't see why beginning toy users couldn't use this toy; I believe it would be good for both beginners and advanced toy users.

It isn't discreet though and it probably isn't good for travel - due to the larger size and the fact that the controls don't lock.

The functions are easy and intuitive. You could pull this one out of the box and start using it right away, no instructions necessary. Also, batteries are included.

The controls are situated ergonomically on the shaft. I never felt like they were positioned badly and even though they were on the shaft I never thrust this toy in deep enough to feel them. My thumb sits on top of them but I have to make a conscious effort in order to change them.

I was somewhat disappointed in how loud this one was. On the first vibration level I could hear it through the covers and would be worried someone could hear me through the door. But then, my door is probably way thinner than average. As long as you keep your t.v. on, there isn't much to worry about. On the lower settings.

It has 6 levels of steady vibes then a few levels of patterns after that. I start feeling uncomfortable about the noise around level 3. Of course, I get off on level 1 easily.

I don't like scrolling through all 6 levels of vibration in order to reach the patterns, so I never use them.

I haven't used this toy in water but I would feel comfortable doing so because there's a tight seal.

This toy is very easy to care for, just rub down with some water and soap after every use. The antimicrobial properties in this toy mean the material helps keep itself clean but it won't do all the work.

Make sure you only use this toy with water-based lubricants otherwise the material may be ruined. The toy does get a little slick with lube on the base or controls but it wasn't too bad.

Try not to store next to your jelly toys, as they could react with one another.

Akmeo came in a box three times its size, so unfortunately it isn't the ideal box for storage, nor does it come with a bag. However, it is very chic looking and minimalistic. Nothing offensive, although it does feature a lifesize picture of the Akmeo on the front, meaning it isn't discreet.

It would be a good box for gift-giving, as long as the recipient and all other viewers won't judge you or the receiver for having an interest in high-quality sex toys. I would be ecstatic if I got this as a gift among my closest, closest friend but I might disown you if you gave this to me in front of my mom.

The instructions were very clear, and the five-year warranty is reassuring; although I doubt I'll need it.

I wish the curve was a little more dramatic because if this toy could manage a g-spot orgasm, it would be essentially perfect.

I guess I'll just need to settle for the intense, body-shaking clitoral orgasms this one brings me every time =)
