Surprisingly Powerful, but Lacks Intensity Control

I would say this product is worth it IF you really like high-intensity toys. Otherwise, you probably will not get too much use out of it. For me, I enjoy having it as an option in the toy chest, but only because I really love the warming feature. Without that, I would pass.

First impression

The product arrives in fairly simple packaging with a sheer fabric "gift" bag. The size is fairly large, which I appreciate, although the handle shape did not seem exactly ergonomic. The buttons are also fairly nondescript, which was a little concerning.

First Use

Being my first "wand" style massager, turning Lyra on was initially intimidating. While I am no stranger to intense, I like to work my way up to it. This wand, unfortunately, does not have intensity controls. A low, medium, and high setting, in addition to the vibration patterns to cycle through, would have made my first time excellent. Now, I absolutely ADORE the warming feature. I had no idea what to truly expect, but that alone made this purchase worth it. Even for non-vibrating enjoyment. That being said, it will require practice on my part to truly appreciate this product and its default intensity level. But it gets the job done quick! I do wish that the 3 buttons were more distinct from each other, as I accidentally turned the wand off a few times when trying to switch to different vibration modes.

Further Experience

After trying this product out a few times, I still think it's too powerful (for me) on many occasions. I sincerely hope a model in this line comes out that has a few different intensity speeds because I otherwise adore this toy. I thought that the heating feature would be alright, but it's my favorite function. Hopefully, more will come out like it!

Vibration Map

This product VIBRATES. Almost too much at its default level. As expected, the handheld area vibrates quite a bit too and could become uncomfortable if you used it for extended sessions.
  • Very mild, low level vibration
  • Moderate vibration
  • Strong and easily felt vibration

Orgasm Intensity

A little too overwhelming, if we're being honest. Since there is a lack of intensity control, you just go straight to victory fairly quickly. But with the different types of vibration modes that this wand has, I can imagine there are quite a few ways to "customize" your O-Experience!

Follow-up commentary
I still believe that this product should have the ability to ramp the power up or down for comfort. For me, this toy is typically too powerful for what I look for. What keeps me coming back though, is that I absolutely *love* the warming feature. It feels amazing. If they put out a warming wand with adjustable power, I would immediately buy it. Otherwise, this tends to be my last resort toy if I need to brute force my way to the finish line.

Thanks for the great review! I was eyeing this, as the warming feature really appealed to me....but like you, I also enjoy being able to start out at a lower insensity setting and work my way up, so I opted for the Magic Force instead (no warming feature, but it has 3 intensity settings). Still, I'll be keeping my eye out for a warming wand with adjustable insensity, because if EF ever sells one, I would be all over that!
