First of all, I am so mad that I didn't wait to buy this! I bought it less than 36 hours before it went on sale for $71! However, I'll try to put my rage and despair aside and review this properly, because it's a really great toy.

The packaging is pink and black with a picture of the toy on the front, so it's not very discreet. Opening it up, you find the toy and the two-piece charger. No instruction manual, just a few lines about it on the back of the box. For the price, you'd really think they wouldn't have to scrimp on things like packaging and instructions.

I washed the toy with soap and warm water, and I noticed that the silicone retained the smell of the soap I used. That's not necessarily a bad thing, since my soap is scented like pumpkin spice, but it made me nervous about the material. However, once I put my water-based lube on and started using the jack rabbit, I stopped thinking about everything else.

The controls were relatively easy to figure out. From what I can tell, the middle button turns it off and on. The top button that looks like NVNV controls the clit vibrations, and the up and down buttons that are side-by-side control the movement and vibration of the shaft. I'm going to try to look-up some more information on the controls because I feel like instructions might make the experience even better. I ended up just pushing the power button twice when I wanted to start over with the clit vibrations because I couldn't figure out how to cycle back through the options otherwise. The lowest clit vibrations were on the border of being too much for my sensitive little clit, so I gave it 5 vrooms on the off-chance someone is even more sensitive than me and can't handle it. The highest level is probably too wild for most people, but I have a hard time gauging.

I was worried that the material would be too firm and pokey, but it's pretty soft and pliable. I think it could be a little squishier, but I'm pretty pleased with it on the whole. One thing I did have trouble with was pushing the buttons. The material is really slick, and the buttons are really flat. I had a hard time finding where the buttons were without looking, and my thumb slid all over the place with the slightest bit of lube. It wasn't impossible, but it could definitely be improved.

The little rubber plug that keeps the toy waterproof seems to be snug and airtight, but I think I would be nervous about taking it into the bath. I wouldn't hesitate to use it in the shower, however. Whenever I open the plug, it releases a little hiss of air, so you would probably be fine submerging it. I haven't decided whether or not I'm sad that I didn't get the unquestionably-waterproof battery-powered version with some rechargeable batteries. The company says you get 1.5 to 3 hours of battery life, but I didn't have a chance to test it out for longer than about 20 minutes. That's definitely a good thing! I'll leave a follow-up review once I've had more time to test it out.

Most of my complaints are very minor. I would say I'm 90-95% pleased with the toy--enough that it will probably be my primary toy for a long time but I look forward to the next, improved version. I would be 100% satisfied with better buttons and a screw-on lid protecting the charger, but again, these are minor details. I had an unbelievable orgasm with very little learning curve, and I hope it's the first of many.

I still love it! I can't believe it's been two months, actually. This Jack Rabbit is still the best sex toy I've tried to date (and I've tried lots in my lifetime). It's no wonder it's always sold out! If you get a chance to buy this one, I would do it. It's definitely worth it.
