Waste of time and money

I really can't think of anyone who would find this an ideal toy for their situation. There are toys for the same price that are cheaper, have more settings, and are less loud. Because of the size I couldn't even tuck this into my panties and sit on it, a surefire way for me to make a lame toy work for me. While it's not horrific, I would not recommend it.

Use

This is a bullet vibrator, which usually is a good tool for external stimulation. It vibrates electronically and is not meant to be inserted, and most run on batteries.

The main use for bullet vibrators is for clitoral stimulation. They are small enough to usually provide fairly pinpoint stimulation, though larger ones like this are really best for broader stimulation. They have rounded tips and are the most common toy to see around.

While you CAN insert bullets vaginally, it's not very pleasant and not very safe, especially if they have a a cord or aren't waterproof. There's no real way to thrust with this bullet, and it's not worth it's weight when it comes to g-spot stimulation.

Bullets are NOT and NEVER will be anal safe. Even if they have a cord, the cord is too easy to snap off and get lost in you. Even if you happen to buy this toy after reading my poor review of it, please don't insert it anally ever.

While you can use toys of this style for all-over body stimulation, the small size and awkward shape make them pretty below-par. If you want to massage a pressure-point they might work, but I never found any use for them other than sexual stimulation.

If you're looking to introduce toys into a relationship a bullet is an okay bet. Being both small and cheap, they're not going to be a huge investment or scare anyone off. They're not very versatile and can be tough to use during sex, but it all depends on what you're looking for.

I feel similarly about this being your first toy in general. While I suggest that people get an insertable toy that they can use for both thrusting and clitoral stimulation, bullets are great if you want to start small and are intimidated by larger toys.

Unfortunately this bullet is not good for pretty much ANYONE EVER. If you're looking for a first toy either as a couple or for yourself, do not get this toy. Even if you're looking for something tiny and disposable there are better bullets for the price.

While it is waterproof and quiet, I suppose that you could use this in the dorms or in a group living situation if you wanted to. Again, that is no reason to buy this over the hundreds of other toys in this price range that work 10 times better.

Material / Texture

The One Touch Magic Bullet is made of hard plastic. It only comes in black, which isn't awesome, but for some it's a nice detour from the usual hot pink sex toys. It reminds me of the black plastic of the Black Magic line.

Plastic is rated an 8 out of 10 on the Eden Safety Scale. It is nonporous and body safe, meaning that bacteria can't get inside the surface and thrive and that it won't leak out any harmful chemicals like a lot of materials can.

Plastic doesn't get a ratomg a 10 on the Safety Scale because it can't be boiled. Silicone, metal, and glass, and such can all be boiled to disinfect them. You can disinfect plastic by wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution, which should be done every time you switch users to prevent the spread of bacteria and infection. Some people also wipe toys down with alcohol, but I prefer bleach.

As far as rigidity goes, plastic is very firm. It has no give at all to it, though it isn't usually considered to be as 'hard' as glass or metal. When it comes to bullets firmness is a good thing because it lets you have more control over the pressure you apply.

The entire toy is very smooth. If you have wet or lube on your fingers it can be tough to hold, but because of the size I didn't find that to be a huge issue. It's not going to slip all over like a smaller toy, but it's still not as easy to hold as something with more drag.

Overall plastic itself is a great material, but this is seriously a waste of plastic. I wish that I could melt this down and give it back to the company to turn into a worthwhile toy, but that's just not possible.

Design / Shape / Size

The design also isn't what makes me hate this toy. If you don't look at the measurements or the neat-o 'Full Size' comparison that Eden offers, it's easy to assume that this is a 'normal' sized bullet. Don't assume that, though, because it's not.

This is an 'extra large' or 'egg' type bullet, and is the giant, evil brother of toys like the Iconic Bullet. Though it is larger, it's also the one that seemingly got dropped on its head as a child, but more on that later.

It is 3.25 inches long and about 3.5 inches around. While you can insert this toy, I wouldn't really consider any length of it to be 'insertable.' You certainly can't thrust with it, but rather can insert it and have it buzz inside you until you decide to take it out because you hate it.

The blunt tip makes this pretty poor if you're into pinpoint stimulation, but if you like moderate to broad stimulation it might be a better design for you. It's a bit large to tuck between your labia and keep in your panties.

If someone saw this on your desk it's fairly obvious what it is, so I'd recommend keeping it in a drawer if you don't right away decide to throw it into the garbage. It's an okay size to pack in an overnighter or a suitcase, but it's a bit large to keep in a purse.

In all, this is an okay design for a toy, but is pretty limited in uses. The fact that I can't even comfortably tuck it into my panties was a let down because that's usually a way for me to enjoy even the lamest of toys.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The functions are where this bullet really drops the ball. I have owned hundreds of toys, but this is one of the most useless I've ever gotten... And that's saying something!

This toy has one setting. You turn on the one setting by pressing the small button on the bottom. The button is easy to press, but I haven't had any issues accidentally hitting it when it's in use. This might be because it's very tough to get 'distracted' with this toy, as you'll mainly be bored.

One you hit the button and you get it on to the one setting, you'd better like them loud and weak. This toy is a 1 on the vroom scale and just under a 3 on the bee scale. It's a bit too use if you live with others, but even people who like fairly weak vibrations will be reaching for ANY other toy they have.

Not only are the vibrations weak, but they're actually stronger at the side you hold than the side you are supposed to use clitorally. So my fingers get numb but I can't feel it on my clitoris? Well that's just a dream come true! It also needs to be said that the vibrations are buzzy instead of rumbly, but that could be a pro or a con.

While this toy is easy to control and is also waterproof, the weak, buzzy, loud vibrations make it just awful. While it was pretty cheap, I have tried dozens of toys in the same price range that beat this one.
    • Easy to use
    • Not enough variety
    • Weak

Care and Maintenance

The best way to take care of this toy, if you happen to end up with it in your possession for some reason, is to wash it with soap and water, a toy cleaner, or a toy wipe. It doesn't have any hard-to-clean creases or seams, and it is waterproof which makes washing easy. If you keep it in a clean place you can get away with washing this just after every use.

You can sanitize this product by wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution. This should be done ever time you switch users to prevent the spread of bacteria and infection, but good luck finding someone to take this off of your hands.

I store this in a cool, dark place with the rest of my toys. You can store it in contact with any and all other materials, and similarly it is compatible with all types of lubes.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

The packaging that this came with is not exactly what I would call classy. There is a woman on the front of the package and the name of the toy. You can clearly see the toy and it's very obvious that you're buying a sex toy, and not is a 'feminism take power of your orgasm' kind of way.

On the back of the package is an image of the toy and some very basic information on how it works and the material. It didn't come with any additional instructions but none were needed. It also came with an N battery, so you don't have to worry about adding any weird batteries to your order for this to work.

While this could be used for storage, the toy isn't a lint magnet and it's a bit tacky so I just would throw it away. You could wrap this up and give it as a gift, but it looks cheap and would probably not be received well.

Experience

I picked up this toy on sale to 'round out' an order and get free shipping, so I really didn't have high expectations in the first place. Unfortunately, my already low expectations were let down when I got it out of the box and inserted the battery.

While this toy is as loud or louder than most of my favorite, powerful, rumbly toys it has such weak vibrations that I thought "Surely this must be just the lowest setting!" My disdain came when I pushed the button to cycle to the higher setting... And it turned off. It only has one, crappy setting?!

Now I might be spoiled because I just reviewed the $9 Snackbox bullet that is well made, powerful, quiet, and cheaper than this toy when it's on sale. None the less, this is one of the worst toys that I have tried and I'm pretty sure that no matter what your criteria for a toy is, there is a better one for you on Eden.

While I want to give this toy one star, it works as advertised (vibrates), comes with batteries, and is made of a body safe material. No matter how disappointed I am in this, I am giving it two stars because it isn't as bad as it could be.
