My first impression of the Waterproof Pocket Exotics Egg|Waterproof pocket exotics egg vibrator was that it was smaller than I had anticipated. Of course, when I actually consider the name as I write this, it makes perfect sense that it be small.

The purple color is really cute, and both the egg and the remote have a soft, velvety-like coating. The remote has a simple pair of up and down buttons to change the vibration, and 4 settings that are indicated by a light.

Compared to the last product I reviewed (the Pink Pleasure Balls|Pink pleasure balls - Vaginal balls), the cord attachments on this are much stronger and do not have space for water or fluids to enter into either the egg or the remote (which is great, since it is meant to be waterproof). The cord is fairly long too, which could be useful.

The one concern I have is that the "off" mode is basically a fifth setting, so if the egg is on setting 4, you have to push the down button four times to turn it off. I can see this being rather a pain if you are suddenly interrupted (every college student has to consider this issue).

For its size, the egg seems to have very powerful vibrations, but I thought it might be a little loud. When it's actually inside of me, however, I can't hear it at all.

This is my first toy with a remote, and it's a lot of fun! I'm going to definitely invest in more. When I put the egg inside my vagina, the cord vibrated too, so I got double the pleasure by just laying it along my clit. The vibrations were very stimulating inside of me, and I think that it could even be used for G-spot stimulation|G-Spot 101 Guide - Sex Guides and Tips, but I'm not very experienced with this.

The toy was a little messy when I was done with it, but it was very easy to clean. The cord is long enough that you can simply wash the egg in water and have the remote off to the side. There is a plastic O-ring that would prevent most water from entering the battery compartment, but personally I find it difficult to trust these simple plastic rings.

The package on the toy advises storing it with the batteries removed, so I simply keep that way with the cord gently folded. It comes with a matching purple twist tie around the cord that could be reused for storage.

In regards to some of the comments posted on my original review: I haven't had any problems with the cord breaking from removal, I did however find that just recently, the end of the cord on the remote seems... loose perhaps? I had to put a rubber band on it because it only works when the cord is in a certain position relative to the remote. Otherwise, it has been an amazing product. One of my favorites!
