Use

Mr. Pirate-I-Rub-My-Duckie gets to hang out on display in your bathroom, with no-one ever being the wiser about his built in vibrator. He's fun to take into the bath or shower to massage all your tender spots - be they adult or simply knots in your neck. He's firm enough to press down upon for a deeper massage, but his beak and tail tip are also pointed enough for precise application of his vibrations.

Material / Texture

Mr. Pirate-I-Rub-My-Duckie is made of rubber, because he is a rubber duckie with a little built in surprise – he vibrates. The rubber is a nice soft yet firm rubber, that is textured into a duck in a pirate costume.

Design / Shape / Size

The tail is free of any decoration, and is soft and moderately curved – while the rest of the body is finished with the sleek firm contours of the pirate outfit. Mr. Duckie's head is also molded and decorated – his head is covered in a bandanna, of course. He comes with a soft and flexible rubber hat, that sits – but does not attach – on top of his head. Mr. Pirate-I-Rub-My-Duckie is small – a fist sized toy at best – but packs a powerful punch on just one AAA battery.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This is a “it's not a vibrator” vibrator – and a decently hidden one at that. In a bathroom, to the unknowing observer, this is just a kitschy rubber duck – and it may appeal to some sex toy collectors by virtue of that alone. There are a number of usable surfaces on the duck, however, and the vibrations transmit decently throughout. For a really focused application of vibration, the tail works well – as does the top of the head. Mr. Duckie only has one speed – on – and allegedly has a pocket rocket motor built in. He'll not knock your socks off, but he is surprisingly strong. And, also surprisingly, quite quiet – certainly masked by the sounds of a shower.

Care and Maintenance

If you wish to share Mr. Pirate-I-Rub-My-Duckie with your friends, please remember – while you may share Mr. Pirate-I-Rub-My-Duckie in all sorts of bathtime adventures with fun bathtime friends, just be sure Mr. Duckie doesn't rub on any foreign duckies, if you know what I'm saying. All joking aside, rubber is porous. This is really a one person - nay, a one orifice – kind of toy. Aside from that, keep him clean with soap and water, don't store him with a battery in place, and always check for moisture in the battery compartment after use.

This special edition I-Rub-My-Duckie comes in a snap top case decorated like a treasure chest, with a plush satin lined interior fitted to Mr. Duckie.
Follow-up commentary
"I rub my duckie" pirate is cute, but really, there are much better vibrators out there.

However.

If, like me, you dream of having a vibrator in your shower stall for whenever the whimsy hits you, I rub my duckie (pirate or otherwise) is actually a great choice for its longevity. The way that the battery compartment is situated (vertically, when the duck stands upright) makes it so that IF water gets into the battery compartment, it really doesn't get all over the battery. And, the waterproofing on the battery compartment is quite heavy duty. I keep this guy in my shower and rarely use him, and despite sometimes greeting me with a dead battery (hey noone is perfect) he still works after a year. That says something!

Also, if you like a bit of kitch in your decor (as I do), you'll find that this guy blends well with your bathroom.
