A fantastic product for the price! Durable, discreet and exciting. Smart balls are the only kegel exercisers you will ever need. Not only do they get the job done, they are also fun and arousing to wear.

Pros:

Made of soft, durable silicone. Easy to care for. Exciting to wear! Makes exercise fun!

Cons:

Can get sore if you spend a lot of time sitting. May be a bit large/intimidating for some people.

This toy was definitely designed

Before I got my Smart balls, I had tried various other kegel exercisers and they all seemed like too much work. I'm not an exercise fanatic as it is so I was looking for something a little more fun and to my great delight, Smart balls are just that!

When they first arrived I was a little put off by the size. They were much bigger than they looked in the picture and I wasn't sure I would be able to walk around with them inside me comfortably. With a little lube, however, I managed to slide them in and my worries vanished! Not only are they are great for kegel exercise, they keep me "ready to go" at a moments notice! In fact, it was such a pleasurable experience that they made me look for reasons to walk around rather than sitting and reading or watching TV so they're great for encouraging more public forms of exercise too!

Each silicone ball has a smaller, weighted ball inside of it which moves and vibrates as you move your body. When not inserted, they do produce a slight chiming sound which becomes inaudible after insertion. Occasionally I wear them for an evening out with my partner and it always makes for an exciting night. The only drawbacks are that if you will be spending time sitting on hard surfaces such as some restaurant booths, they can become a bit uncomfortable and since I stay quite wet whenever I have them in, that can get to be a bit unpleasant for a while. For brief outings, however, especially if you will be on your feet a lot, I highly recommend them as does my partner. I know I have a sexy secret all night and by the time we get home, I am ready to rip his clothes off and get down to business right away!

Made of silicone, Smart balls are not only pleasant to wear, they are easy to take care of. I wash mine with hot water and antibacterial soap and they clean up quite nicely. They are small and discreet to carry in your purse or a gym bag as the quiet chiming they produce won’t draw attention. They can also be used during solo play to produce a feeling of fullness and motion, leaving your hands free for other pursuits. The string allows them to be removed easily and because they keep me so wet, they slide right out with no lube needed.

They are so much fun to wear that I would love them even if they didn’t produce the desired results but they rate highly in that category as well. Because your body tightens unconsciously around them when they are in, they require almost no work to use. Every once and a while when they feel like they might be slipping, I give them a squeeze and they’re back where they should be. I noticed a difference in my vaginal control almost right away which has grown more noticeable with repeated use.
